The grounds are well-kept, green, and refreshing. Use of amenities like the game room, fitness center, boating, bikes, sports fields, playground, etc. are easily accessible and open for use without hassle. The children in the group loved the playground, swimming pool, and sport field. Dining facilities were very accommodating to our group with regard to timing and special dietary preferences. The only confusing part was the occasional change of location for some meals, but office staff reached out and responded quickly to queries. Rooms are a little dated, but kept up nicely. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Rooms are large with tons of storage. Views are excellent! A/C worked very well and hot water was abundant in the shower! Verandas on each floor are excellent spaces to spend some time when the weather is rainy or one just wants to socialize outside of the room. I can't recall any specific names, but I can say with certainty that I did not encounter a single staff member that wasn't 100% professional and welcoming! It's rare these days to stay at a resort where every staff member is so welcoming, professional, and accommodating! My group of only 14 members were treated with utmost respect and courtesy by every staff member. Housekeeping was especially accommodating and responded to every need immediately. Front office staff responded to all needs and requests prior to our stay and during our stay. The addition of an electronic/ indoor game room would be a nice addition to consider. Also, a small cafe to purchase snacks, treats, etc. would be a nice thing to have. Keep up the good work!

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are helpful and polite. Downside is that the food is limited and based around Bangladesh and Chinese offerings. This would not be an issue were it not for the excessive spice - chilli is used in everything. For someone who does not like hot food this can be an issue as there are only 4 dishes available for the buffet. More western offerings or food with less spice would be appreciated. All in all I would recommend as the spice is a personal preference for me.
