In vacanza con la famiglia, foto hotel false. Personale inesistente, puzza di spezie ovunque. Abbiamo preso una quadrupla adattata. Senza spazio neanche per i bagagli. Fili scoperti ovunque. Mobili danneggiatissimi. Da evitare anche se ci offrono le stanze gratis

If you want to stay in a quiet place - do not stay in this hotel. Walls are thin as paper and you can hear the lightest sound from other rooms. The property is also located by a busy street. The air conditioning was broken. What else is important? Well, there are no tea makers in the room, you can ask for one at the reception but it can be closed even at 7 PM on Saturday so you never know if you will meet anyone there. Some bulbs do not work in the room. And don't trust what's written in the information panel for the guests - breakfast is served at 8 AM on weekends but the room information claims it starts at 7.30. Which is annoying if you wake up early, are in a hurry and you find out you will only eat in 30 minutes.

Shocking experience at how looks on *********** can be deceiving. Poor standards of room, paint peeling off the door frames, mold in the shower, stains on the wall, plug sockets inappropriately fitted to the wall, double bed put together with two unevenly matched single beds. This was more like the house of horrors. We had booked the week there but after one sleepless late night we checked out the following day. Upon arriving they had stuck us at the very top of the hotel with no lift. We then changed room with not much option of comfort, the whole experience was a damn joke. The receptionist did what she could bless her, wasn't her fault that this hotel was a slump. Mind you, breakfast was pretty decent, but that was it. We realised that we left my wife's hairdryer in the hotel room and low and behold that vanished!! Mind you upon ringing the hotel on the bookings website, my wife was met with a greeting from some random guy who didn't even introduce the hotel, and despite promising to call us back, no such call came. Overal rating garbage!!

Olin 6 yötä heinäkuun alussa, onneksi helteet loppuivat eka päivän jälkeen, koska huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, vain kylpyhuoneessa. Huoneessa irto tuuletin. Aamiaisen tarjontaan en ole tyytyväinen, 5 valmisannos vaihtoehtoa, joista en viikossa löytänyt sopivaa. Sijainti oli kannaltani erinomainen, koska ERGO AREENA on kävelymatkan päässä (1,8 km). Ravintolassa saa hyviä pizzoja, ohutpohjaisia mainioilla täytteillä. Henkilökunta hotellissa ja ravintolassa moitteetonta.
