茲薇林酒店(Gasthof Zwilling)

The rooms was of a low standard as were the beds. The food was good and the male owner, Nico, was very friendly an helpful. Thanks to you, Nico! On the other hand, the female owner, was terrible and I experience the stay as a "childrens camp",where she reprimanded and chased me and other in our group. The strange payment methods put me as a guest at work everyday. I didn't buy anything in the bar but even then I had to report it according to her system. The easiest thing for me as a guest would be to pay directly in the bar or get the bill set up on my room. On the third day of stay I no longer allowed her to disrespect and hunt me anymore, instead she got to talk to my husband. I was happy to leave Worst place ever!!

This place is the worst in Germany. The food is good. The rooms are of low standard, just like the beds. But Nico, the male chef and fixer, is the best ever. He always smiles, is helpful, and makes you feel welcome. On the other hand, the female owner is totally opposite. She hunts the guests to pay as soon as they enter. We were a group of 40 people, and she made all 40 of us feel super irritated. She turned what should have been 4 amazing days into a nightmare. Thanks, Nico, for trying to make it amazing. If you were not there, we would have left.
