梅爾克鎮酒店(Hotel Stadt Melk)

Boa localização (bem no centro histórico debaixo da abadia), staff simpático e atencioso, quartos bons e limpos apesar de pequenos, disponibilidade de sabonete, wifi que funciona bem. Excelente buffet de café da manhã, além de lugar para guardar as bicicletas. Recomendo este hotel.

We stayed here one night as we were driving through the Austrian countryside. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. You can't beat the location, as it is right below the Abbey (which is a must-see) and the town is very charming and cute. The best part of this hotel was the French gentleman at the front desk who helped rent us bikes, get boat tickets, and gave us recommendations on how to bike the Wachau Wine Valley and answered any and all questions we had so patiently. We couldn't have done it without his expertise. He was pleasant and charming and really made the stay! Thank you for taking such good care of us! Parking is also right behind the hotel which was very accessible and nice. Highly recommend this hotel and this little town of Melk.

Flott beliggenhet rett nedenfor Stift Melk og rett i sentrum. Meget serviceinnstilte personer i resepsjon og frokostsal. God frokost, som var presentert på en smakfull måte. Greit rom med to gode stoler.

Great location for a quick stay. The Hotel is basic, clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Located directly under the Abbey the Hotel is easy to find. If you drive the parking is located directly behind the Hotel for a small fee. All in all this is a good place to stay. While not fancy its great for a quick stop over.

O Hotel é uma ótima opção em Melk! Possui estacionamento, o que foi um diferencial para minha decisão de hospedagem. Fica na praça principal da cidade, portanto próximo a bons restaurantes e logo atrás da Abadia de Melk, o que facilita bastante o passeio pelo local. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Philip e o quarto atendeu bem nossas necessidades!

très bien situé, le personnel est accueillant (et ici on parle français 😉), bon petit dejeuner, chambres confortables et la notre avait une vue imprenable sur l’abbaye 👌parking privé devant l’hôtel … bref je recommande c’est une astesse sympa.

Terrible service. We have never seen any hotel staff so rude like this. The room is really smelly, even bedsheet is dirty. We asked politely but they refused to change room for us. When we asked him to come to our room just to see the situation, we simply got an answer “It’s not my problem. You want a room, we gave you a room” We got so mad, the mood was ruined for the rest of the day. It was such a terrible experience, the only thing we can do is writing our feeling here and I hope no one will experience this. It was the worst stay ever.
