The hotel is very beautiful! All service are okay except the cafe did not allow you to have half boiled egg. They only serve whatever on the counter and the old lady server did not accept when i requested for half boiled egg. The young lady server is very good. Despite full marks on overall service and experience, i wont coming back because of the unhappy breakfast days. The old lady server ruined my morning mood.

It all depends on how much you pay. The hotel itself is a very mediocre 3 stars, but I tried it on a special offer paying around 100 francs per night. That is the maximum it is worth for the small room, mouldy bathroom, embarrassing breakfast. I can see they can charge much more in high season but it is ridiculous!

外に看板がなかったのでどこにホテルがあるかわからなかったのですがスタッフが親切に下まで迎えに来てくれました。周辺のレストランもがたくさん教えてくれてとてもいい人でした。お部屋も天井が高く広々で清潔で素敵でした。朝食もプライベートで用意していただけて快適でした。 又是非泊まりたいです。

Although advertised as having A/C available, it is barely noticeable once the heat hits Geneva. The shower cabin is extremely tight and is growing mould in some areas. The doors to the shower permit water to run through, posing a safety hazard when you exit for newcomers, which explains why most of the towels provided were used to dry the floor and to prevent accidents instead of keeping them clean for us. The existing mini fridge doesn't keep anything cold. Additionally, there is no iron or ironing board, which is necessary for tourists. Although the hotel itself was underwhelming for the price, the staff (receptionist) was excellent and very helpful in regards to making our stay as comfortable as it could have been.

The price was very very high for a small room. Especially when you come late night and leave early morning and the price paid is for 20 hours min (considering their check in and check out timings). Reception agreed to stay till I check in after 11pm - very happy with her for agreeing to this. Irrespective the cost is not at all in sync with the time. Breakfast did not have much options. Especially for Vegetarians.

I stayed here for two weeks. The service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff. Very clean room. What I missed: I wish the little outside court and reception where open until later. It closed early. As I stayed for business , I also would like to have acces to a printer sooner than 07.00 o’clock and later than 21.00 PM. I still give it 5 of 5 considering the price, location, cleaning, and very helpful staff.

Location was good, staff were nice. Shower in bedroom very poor Air conditioner in bedroom very loud noice Bed room window not opening Loud noice coming from next room When i complaint to staff at recption ?? Buffet breakfast very poor for price. Room 308 3rd floor
