Nice stay for 3 nights in this hotel. Comfortable bed and room kept clean. Hotel is located perfectly in the city within walking distance to most places. Only downside was the housekeeping knocking and opening the door multiple times a day even with the DnD sign on the door.

A little gem right in the centre of town. Renovated 10 years ago the hotel remains fresh and clean. The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean, the water pressure high but the highlight was the collection of art and sculptures of the proprietor, uniquely eclectic and eccentric in the spirit of the Negresco Nice, perhaps. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel a 50 metri dal lago in zona tranquilla ma molto centrale. Soddisfatti dalle camere e dal servizio in generale. Parcheggio (a pagamento) nel garage dell' hotel di fronte ed analogamente la prima colazione (col tempo brutto entrare ed uscire dall'hotel non sarebbe il massimo). Disponibile anche Starbuck a 20 metri. Costo soggiorno significativo (ma non troppo per gli standard di Ginevra).

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and near the water. The reception staff are all very helpful especially a Black gentleman with the lovely smile (didn't get his name) who was charming. The room was very nice, well appointed and comfortable and the bed was great. Everything was spotless and the room had plenty of storage space. Breakfast was fine although I'd have liked a wider choice of cold meat and cheese. I'd definitely stay here again as it worked very well for my needs.

Very little evidence of green policies. No notices about reusing towels and sheets. No opportunity for recycling products within the hotel. Hotel was comfortable and in a great position.

No AC! Stay away! The website advertised AC in every room, the catch is they have to enable it which they won’t do unless it is the right time of the year regardless of the outside temperature. I complained several times to no avail. Finally when I checked out they said they cannot give me a reduced rate unless I contact ********** who I booked through. I did that and the ********** agent was advised by the hotel they would not issue a refund so ********** gave me a 100$ future credit. That’s pretty two faced by the hotel to allude I could get a refund but then deny it once I was out of sight. False advertising at its worst. On top of that the staff was very uncompassionate about how very hot it was in the room. Just spend a little more money and stay at a hotel that cares about the comfort of your stay. Or email the hotel in advance to get in writing that they will enable AC for your stay so you can use that if they refuse once you are on site.

Highly recommended. Everything is excellent from the staff to the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and spacious.

I stayed here just for a week end for my first visit to Genève. The hotel is 5 min far from Cornavin train station and in front of the lake. But what was super is the value for money. I probably enjoyed a week-end-offer and I will be back for sure if I come back to Geneve.
