房間又大又乾淨，佈置的温馨妥帖，地理位置極其優越，酒店管理也很周到，下次去日內瓦還會去住，街對面的巧克力店太好吃了！

非常好的體驗，房間非常大，非常寬闊，裝修也很現代，非常好的體驗。前台的服務員Malick非常的熱情友好。這是我在瑞士住的酒店中體驗非常好的之一

Der Service war freundlich, die Zimmer gross und geräumig. Auch bezüglich Hygiene hab ich nichts zu meckern. Das Schutzkonzept war sehr gut, die Massnahmen werden umgesetzt. Einziger Nachteil: das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze. Würden wieder kommen

I have met you personally before charging the fees to explain that the armchair’s stains cannot be cleaned, and that we need to reorder an armchair cover ; at the time when we spoke, you agreed the fees without complaining, that is why we are quite surprised to read such fierce feedback. With regards to your observation on the daily cleaning, I share it with our Housekeeping Manager, however I can confirm that the cleaning has been done daily, and our maid spent a long time in your Suite, not to mention the smoking smell. We reminded you that our residence was 100% non-smoking and you did not complain either about the smoking fee applied for the extra hours of cleaning. Once again, I would like to renew our apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. We have tried to manage the different situations the smoothest way we can, unfortunately it seems that it was not enough. 我們很喜歡住在新加坡和蘇格蘭輝盛閣國際公寓。決定去看看日內瓦輝盛閣國際公寓。前台的勞裡-安妮非常熱情和友好。帶我們參觀房間的同事薩曼莎也非常令人愉快。有瞭如此出色的服務，我們決定留在輝盛閣也就不足為奇了。也要感謝伊梅內和米歇爾的服務。 當我們在日內瓦時肯定會是我們的選擇。整個飯店聞起來都很可愛。房間超級舒適、乾淨，有公寓常見的設施。它的位置非常方便前往所有城市景點。有很多吃飯的地方，也有購物的地方。 請向前台查詢巴士、渡輪和電車的免費通行證。

Great location in the city and not too far from the main train station. Friendly and helpful service at reception. A gentleman staff at reception went out of the way to assist me with my luggage, which was much appreciated. Fraser Suites in Geneva has the comforts of quiet apartment living, with hotel service (eg daily housekeeping). Much better property than Frasers in London.
