切斯瑪曼餐廳酒店(Chez Maman Hotel & Restaurant)

The room was fantastic. The property itself is in an industrial area so you need to take transportation if you want to go see things. Also ti access the hotel you have to go through the restaurant. But like I said the room was great. We tried to get cocktails at the bar one evening and the restaurant staff were not keen on that. Wanted the tables for dinner service. The breakfast buffet was good, except there was a fly issue on the cheese platter. So we just avoided the cheese.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Michel and Julia treated us like family and we were so sad to leave. The food was the best we had in Geneva! The apartment we stayed in was huge and beautiful. I can not stress enough how wonderful the staff and hotel is. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Non centralissimo ma ben servito dai mezzi questo è un Hotel caratteristico con annesso ristorante ben frequentato a Ginevra. Dotato di comodo parcheggio privato interno ha una dozzina di camere . La mia era al piano terra, ampia confortevole con un bel bagno e grande doccia .unico neo la mancanza di una finestra , unica finestra dà sul corridoio. Colazione semplice con brioche fresche. Prezzo un po’ alto ma normale per gli standard svizzeri .

Neben der unfassbaren Lärmbelästigung durch die nahegelegenen grossen Strassen und jeden Abend Live Music (!) bis Mitternacht wurden wir "versehentlich" doppelt abgerechnet. Anschliessend wurde mittels gefälschter Nachweise eine vermeintliche Rückbuchung simuliert. Mastercard musste die Rückbuchung schliesslich erzwingen. Bitte aufpassen! Apart from the unbelievable noise pollution from the nearby big streets and live music (!) every evening until midnight, we were "accidentally" billed twice. Subsequently, a supposed chargeback was simulated by means of fake proofs. Mastercard finally had to force the chargeback. Please be careful!

Personnel très accueillant et très sympathique. Place de parking disponible à l’hôtel directement et proche du centre ville.

Das Hotel liegt weit ab von Zentrum in wirklich nicht schöner Lage. Obwohl wir am Anreisetag noch telefoniert hatten , wurden wir bei Ankunft abgewiesen, da das Hotel wegen einer Hochzeit ausgebucht sei. Das Ersatzhotel war relativ weit weg und nicht besser gelegen.

Muy atento todo el personal. Restaurante muy agradable para cenar

We had a fantastic time at Chez Maman! For travelers nowadays we have the advantage to give feedbacks and help others to make good choices, that’s why we appreciate TripAdvisor so much .Chez Maman is a very affordable Hotel / restaurant In Geneva.The restaurant has a great chef ! We enjoyed every single dish on the menue. For those of you that enjoy great cuisine it is worth to mention that the restaurant should definitely be in in the Michelin Guide. All in all the hotel is absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the Life Music nights so much !The location is convenient as the tram station that takes you just in a few minutes to the heart of Geneva downtown is just a short walk from the hotel . The rooms are very modern and pristine clean and the entire staff a true gem ! We are definitely coming back ! Thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and always there for you! You really feel welcomed here.Merci to the owner Mr Michel, Miss Julia for preparing the best cappuccino every morning.Miss Florence and Sophie with Matthieu from the restaurant.Thank you as well for Leonardo and Letizia from housekeeping and Miss Louisa.
