格里豐多羅之家民宿(Home Grifondoro Affittacamere)

Ottima posizione a metà strada tra la spiaggia e il centro storico . Servizi pubblici presenti per arrivare in centro altrimenti una bella passeggiata di circa 20 minuti per raggiungere il porto antico . Strada sempre dritta e facile. La camera era in ordine e pulita , e molto ambia . Confort presenti : cassaforte , frigo ,clima tv, armadio, phone ,compresi gli asciugamani . Tutto funzionante e pulito . Possibilità del noleggio auto. Possibilità di avere la colazione in camera. All’ingresso del portone presenza di scalini poi c’è ascensore per raggiungere il piano. Ottime spiegazioni per il ritiro della chiave tramite video . Semplice e comprensibili . Ottimo il tempo di risposta per la prenotazione, veloce e senza intoppi. Ringrazio per la gentilezza sulla richiesta di consigli su luoghi o ristoranti sempre con risposte tempestive ! Ci ritornerò sicuramente !! Grazie !!

Location raffinata con arredi eleganti e camera curata nei minimi dettagli, bagno e doccia molto spaziosi. Posizione ottima leggermente fuori dal centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min e comoda ai mezzi. Il gestore è persona estremamente gentile e disponibile x venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti ed elargire consigli ed indicazioni. Esperienza molto positiva

Molto comoda la posizione e ambiente pulito. La camera era esattamente quella mostrata in foto, le istruzioni per raggiungere la struttura e per prendere possesso della stanza prenotata sono state chiarissime e sintetiche. Nulla da eccepire.

Molto pulito. Camera molto confortevole.Situato in una zona residenziale senza grossi servizi vicino. Distante quattro fermate di autobus dalla zona più movimentata della città. Relativamente poco abbondanti le forniture di saponi per la doccia.

I would never return nor reccommend this property to anyone. There was construction going on in the front of the building from 5am-10am with non stop banging. The construction of the entire building is also built extremely poor where you can hear a pin drop from the room next door to the person below and above you even with 10 ft ceilings. This building is also in a sketchy part of town not near any major transportation or monuments and did not feel safe walking around after dark. I left the property early after not even 24 hrs because I did not feel safe, the construction and all the noises constantly happening, and the bed was rock hard.

Mooie kamer in klassiek huis. Voorzieningen zijn uitstekend. Betaald parkeren op de openbare weg, de schriftelijke informatie sprak over een parkeerkaart (betaald) voor bezoekers die erg handig zou zijn geweest, maar deze werd helaas niet aangeboden.

The deluxe room with a view of a building site. This is not a hotel, it’s a few rooms on the 3rd floor of a building, with an elevator that broke down, leaving me to carry bags down 3 flights. The building is filthy, situated on a noisy main road and the sea view are more like a view of the road and a tiny ***** of blue. There is possibly one parking space outside the building if you are lucky. The photos of the room are deceiving. Spend your money elsewhere!

Great room in this bijou hotel very close to friends in Genova. Oscar runs a lovely hotel and is very welcoming and well decorated. I’ll be back very soon I hope. Great location for the old part of the city and exploring the Porto Antico. My room had sea view too.
