伊利塔小屋(Garden Route Ilita Lodge)

At best 2 stars is what I give this lodge! Floor tiles cracked- WORST MATTRESS EVER- cheapest hard sponge that droops in the centre mattress, bad quality linen, no matress protector, worst cheap lumpy pillows and really small bathroom with no proper mirror. Outdoor furniture dilapidated. Badly decorated and not very nice art with for sale stickers as decoration! Really not worth what we paid (R1400) for the 2 of us. Extremely dissapointed. Don’t be taken for a ride-stay far away!

We only used it to slept over for one night.We stay in one of the self catering units.This unit was well equipped for if you had to stayed their fir a few days.The view was great.The check in and check was done professionally.Staff was great and friendly.We will definitely stay their again in the future, if we are in the vicinity.

Very comfortable rooms, stunning views of the ocean, everything we needed in the rooms. We had 2 breakfasts in their lovely restaurant with a magnificent view and they did everything to accommodate our wishes! Definitely to be recommended!

Our bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, the view over Groot Brak was a panorama and the breakfasts were delicious and substantial! Amy and Lisa went the extra mile to ensure our stay was special - thank you!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an organised group trip. First of all the views from this hotel are amazing. Although windy at times we were blown away. We had a lovely cocktail on arrival. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. it was slightly smaller than some of the other places we had stayed however the bed was most definitely the comfiest. The shower pressure was great and super hot. Also a huge range of tv channels available as well as a torch with phone charging facilities in room for load shedding the wifi was was also plugged into this. Although the wifi was very slow and intermittent. The options of food within the buffet for both breakfast and dinner was a little limited and cold. however the best thing about this place was the staff. They were super friendly and were great at remember rooms and drinks orders. We had a lovely stay overall.

We stayed in the studio apartment the place had a superb view, it had all the amenities we required but it can do with an air con. The staff were great and we ate at the restaurant a few times which was also very good.

The experience was lovely from arrival to check out. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I own our own lodge and loved our stay, so much so that we referred a German couple to stay with them. Will definitely return

Lovely accommodation and very professional staff. Nothing was any trouble for them. Beautiful room with fantastic views. Safe and secure property. My wife and I had a great time, if will venture to South African again we would definitely stay here.

I found the self catering unit was clean and comfortable. We had coffee and tea provided to us. The beds were comfortable. An absolutely amazing view from the balcony. The only issues we had is that due to loadshedding there are only camping lights provided. We are all dealing with this in South Africa and many lodges and self catering establishments that we have stayed at either have generators or inverters. This is just a suggestion. The other issue is the size of the bath towels. It would be better if a bath sheet would be provided. Other than this everything else was fine.
