Nancy was wonderful! She made us feel comfortable and was there if we needed anything! The place was cute and perfect for me and my grandmother! Easy to get around Georgetown! It was close to everything, an easy walk although we had a car rental so it made things much easier to explore the island

Would come back! We had a great time and everything we needed for our stay on the island was met Regatta Point! The people of Exuma are lovely as well as the host Nancy. The property was extremely clean, beds were firm and comfortable for our liking. We would recommend staying here.

Phenomenal location and host . This was our first time staying in Georgetown in the location was literally a couple blocks from downtown. Nancy is the most gracious host and will help you anyway she can. Truly, a classic Bahama stay.

Keep rental boat, car, or both on property. 5 minute walk to water taxi dock, quick access to Stocking Island and it's beaches. Easy arrangements for fishing/snorkeling trips, or excursion out to the swimming pigs.
