We're truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly with regard to noise levels and room comfort. As a heritage property located in the heart of George Town, our building structure and central location can present some challenges with modern soundproofing, especially for rooms facing the street.Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disturbances you experienced, including the late-night construction noise and external traffic. While these events are beyond our control, we do offer complimentary earplugs upon request and are continuously looking into ways to improve guest comfort without compromising the heritage character of the hotel.We’re also sorry to hear about the sighting of a gecko in the bathroom.
