Have some little issues with the room we got but front desk gave us a different room. Big improvement on Service and cleaning. We were avoiding to stay at element but now we will be happy to come back

Room was spacious, full of amenities, friendly staff. Couple of minor issues-no hot water in shower. Overall would recommend, stay again.

The staff were amazing! Great positive experience. Lots of things to choose from. If you take advantage of the winding down part (some people forget that after check in) then you will enjoy it more. Pet friendly all the things will definitely stay again.

Staff were very accommodating. The hotel is fine. It is not high end nor is it a dump. It is an average hotel. We stayed there because that was the hotel the event, we attended recommended.

I liked how clean the property is and the breakfast options. They could however invest in better bedding and pillows.

Property was nice, staff was friendly. Room servicing was a disaster. Requested to have room cleaned with fresh towels each day (other than a holiday) but had to ask house keeping staff directly one day, and was not completed at all the next day.
