Complesso di appartamentini affacciato sulla spiaggia di Gerani. L' appartamento era piccolino ma con tutto l' essenziale e con pulizie e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Presenti sia il ventilatore a pale che il condizionatore, piccolo spazio esterno per stendere i panni o sedersi all' aperto. Giardinetto curato, con panche, tavoli e amache, letteralmente a due passi dal mare (spiaggia con sassi). C' è la possibilità di mangiare presso il loro bar/taverna: noi ci siamo fermati più sere a cena e i piatti provati erano tutti ottimi, abbondanti e a prezzi onesti, cucina casalinga e varia. In fondo alla via si trovano la fermata dell' autobus che porta a Chania, un supermercato, e a un minuto d'auto anche la Lidl. Presente anche il parcheggio. Zona molto tranquilla fuori dal caos della città. Essendo in mezzo alla natura meglio non lasciare cibo in giro ( o ci penseranno le formiche a trovarlo), ma segnalando la cosa , è stato prontamente risolto il problema. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati bene! consigliato!

Back at my second home again:). It really feels home, as Maria and her family make you feel at home! Peaceful, serene. Like Zen for me:). Weather is becoming more summery now, cosy sun, the waves and their songs are really special here. Kinda healthy minerals in the water and the air, too, and in the sand and beachstones as well. Walking barefoot on it: highly recommended! Free Zonetherapie:). Walking distance to great restaurants, friendly Greek people everywhere you go:). Rooms are in perfect condition, cleaning perfect. Peaceful, noisefree from cars, sound of waves are heavenly, to be heard from the rooms;). Thank you, all Baladinos family for keeping your place so aesthetic. 🥰

Seit 10 Jahren besuchen wir Costas und Maria mindestens einmal im Jahr. Komm als Fremder - geh als Freund. Ihr Motto ist Programm. Supertolle Lage, direkt am hauseigenen Strand. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Die 2025 komplett erneuerte Taverne ist das Wohnzimmer der Familie. Es gibt keine Speisekarte, jeden Tag verschiedene traditionelle Gerichte und einige sind immer verfügbar. So wie Costas legendärer Burger. Wie sind sehr zufrieden und kommen immer wieder.

Coccolati dalla gentilezza e dai manicaretti di Maria a tutte le ore, dalla simpatia di Kostas é il posto ideale per ricaricare veramente. Location perfetta, spiaggia lunghissima a 30 MT. di sabbia e sassolini. Segnalo la presenza di molte deposizioni di uova di caretta caretta opportunamente protette dai volontari. Mare pulito. Cicale che danno spettacolo in un concerto conciliante. Studios molto puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario. Signore addette alle camere molto disponibili e attente. Biancheria di qualità e cambiata spesso. Aria condizionata e accesso ad un buon WiFi. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Cosa volere di più. Non posso fare più di 5 ma nella sua semplicità questa struttura rappresenta il massimo.

The place is well maintained and it is a beach front. Very quaint and relaxing. Maria and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Maria’s cooking is delicious and very traditional. We will go back!

Baladinos Apartment is ideally located near Chania and just 50 meters from the sea, making it a perfect base for exploring the western part of Crete. The apartment is very spacious, comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 people. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including towels, soap, shampoo, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was good. The owners, Maria and Kostas, are truly wonderful hosts. They took excellent care of us throughout the week, offering many helpful recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. We highly recommend this place!

Flawless hospitality, hidden treasure. A pearl in one of 10 000 oysters in Crete, too good to be true in all ways!
