Overall, our Stay was good. Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, good breakfast. When we arrived, we had to call the front desk because there was no remote and one bed had a dirty spot on the duvet and the sheet had an oily stain. She came right up and took care of it.
The pool was nice, but very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. It was really hot in the pool area, but the kids had fun. They also were out of towels.
There was a smell of 420 on the second floor most of the time we were there,and the gym facility was very small, and someone had disposed of souled pants in the trash.
I know hotels cant always control the people who stay there, but a quick walk around in the afternoon would allow the staff to find these issues before the guests did.
