There was an odd odor in the room and we were not sure what it was. Maybe cleaning because this is a pet friendly hotel? it didn't offend us horribly; just different. Staff was amazing. Breakfast (free) was amazing. Really a nice hotel. An easy walk to the downtown area for a quick bite at a local pub was fun!

We stayed for 6 nights.The property was clean and safe. The staff was nice and helpful. During our stay the room was noisy with people waking around in the room above us and the slamming of doors around us every morning between 2 and 3:30 a.m.

Loved our stay for the holiday weekend. The black out curtain was great. Staff was friendly and recommended cafe zupas.

This was my second stay at this location. I was pleasantly not surprised with the facility and the personnel. Easy stay of seven nights, no problems. I would highly recommend, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, safe place with the friendliest and most helpful folks working there. I was very pleased.

Bathroom in our suite was not clean. Hair and toothpaste in the sink..hair on toilet and in shower. Group of people not staying there hanging around the entrance and using the bathroom in the lobby. Will try to avoid this property if possible.

Arrived late evening. Waited about 5 minutes at check in for staff. Understand she was on the restroom. Not a cheerful person. Got our room which was booked months prior through Hotel.com as a 2 queen beds. What we were assigned was a handicap unit with king bed. This was not acceptable; but apparently it was the only room available. The room didn’t feel clean smelled like wine and floors were sticky.

The outside and inside of the hotel was VERY pleasant to the eyes…my problem was the room…the air wasn’t working probably and the A/C unit was leaking water witch made the carpet wet and made the room smell I called the front desk and let them know Friday night and the lady at the desk offered to come look at it but I was certain she wasn’t able to fix it so the next day I told the front desk on my way out and when I got back to the room then had a big fan blowing on the wet part of rug but it still smelled but besides that the stay wasn’t bad

Room is amazing...we could live here!! Sean at the front desk was very nice amd helpful!!

N/A My husband and I had our grandkids with us and we booked with *******. We get to the hotel only to find out that they didn’t have any vacancies despite having our confirmation email.
