I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

I had a great experience in the hotel and the staff is very good. Also the Waiter prem is very helpful and sweet with his services and soft spoken

The stay and service was very good here . Food service,house keeping staff, hygiene, location overall excellent.....and very polite staffs, management helpful in every need , especially namrata was very good in taking care of us. She asks everything and ensure the service is fullfilled...

Worst experience ever with food and stuff.. Non professional behaviour Doesn't do any meeting and program in future. Will give zero rating our of 10
