我從芽莊搭乘Vietage火車。我幾乎只在度假村的餐廳吃飯，所有的食物都非常美味，所有的工作人員，從大廳到餐廳再到水療中心，都很友好。 房間很私密，因為是獨立別墅，一開門就是泳池，從早到晚隨時都可以使用，泳池很乾淨，因為水一直在流動。設施水準很高，一切都很愉快。

我們真的很喜歡在安納塔拉的住宿。這裡有如此多的關注和關懷，我們感到很受歡迎。除了工作人員/服務之外，我們的海濱別墅非常夢幻。我們一定會回去的。特別要提到安德魯，謝謝你所做的一切。

所有的五星級飯店當中，目前為止最喜歡一家！讓人難忘的體驗！ 無論是管家貼心同時還有所有的經理跟飯店跟服務人員，上上下下都為了帶給你美好的旅程笑臉迎人房間的整體空間擺設都非常非常的完美讓人印象深刻，加上藍色的天空泳池看過去的海景可以說是最完美的停留！必須要說餐廳主廚每次現作的料理都讓我們覺得很驚艷！非常用心的海鮮濃湯義大利麵、幾乎沒有一個不喜歡的料理！每一道菜都吃的出來用心！每一位夥伴都讓我們收到真誠的歡迎，在這裡的三天兩夜，我們收到了200%的接待！非常非常喜歡！ 在安娜塔啦住過清邁、金三角、曼谷、蘇梅和普吉！ 目前最喜歡的就是越南歸仁，到目前為止還沒有一間五星級飯店能夠超越他！ 房間一塵不染床鋪非常乾淨、滿滿的食物，每天都讓你覺得好豐盛！絕美的泳池和海景！謝謝所有的工作夥伴帶給我們美好的假期！我們很快會再回來，一定要停留更久❤️ 愛你們

From Warm Welcome to Heartfelt Farewell October 2025 * I chose to stay at Anantara on our anniversary with my boyfriend, and overall, everything met my expectations. Looking back on my stay, I experienced three key Moments of Truth that truly shaped my impression of the resort: Pre-arrival, During the Stay, and Departure. + Pre-arrival & Check-in Our experience began even before arrival. I truly appreciated the effort from the Front Office team, especially Mrs. Ly – Front Office Manager, who handled our check-in with great attention and sincerity. She even walked with us to the villa instead of using a buggy and kindly approved a late check-out until 2 p.m. for our anniversary stay. It was clear that she had carefully reviewed my correspondence beforehand and coordinated smoothly with the Housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure everything was perfectly prepared. This thoughtful and personalized touch created a warm, welcoming first impression. + During the Stay - Our villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and well set up when we arrived early around noon. I appreciated how the Housekeeping team decorated our bedroom for the anniversary and prepared all the amenities with great care. - At dinner, Mrs. Nga – Captain from the F&B team delivered an outstanding service experience. She was proactive, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, even helping us take photos in the rain. These gestures transformed a simple dinner into a memorable emotional connection. - While the complimentary cakes for our anniversary were generous and thoughtful, I believe this part could be further elevated. Instead of using plastic “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Anniversary” tags, handwritten messages with cream would feel more handmade, personal, and environmentally friendly. It would also be lovely to have a small cake menu available for future guests. + Departure - Our stay ended on a truly heartwarming note. I was informed that Master Phuc usually performs a short welcome act for arriving guests, but he happened to be off on our arrival day. When I mentioned how I regretted missing it, he kindly performed it during our check-out instead. - This spontaneous gesture was the perfect way to close our stay — sincere, touching, and memorable. * Besides, I think there is still some room for improvement in the reservation process and the guest survey form. These are just small details, but they matter and would make my next stay even smoother. + It would be great if the reservation team could be more proactive in following up on the payment date and sending the sales slip on time. + Regarding the survey form, it currently only has a “Next” button without a “Back” option. I couldn’t return to the previous page to review or adjust my answers. When I refreshed the page, all my previous responses were lost, and I had to redo the entire form. Please consider adjusting this setting for easier guest feedback submission. * I would definitely love to come back soon - hop

We’ve travelled extensively to many luxurious destinations, but the Anantara Quy Nhon Villa Resort truly stood out and exceeded our expectations. The resort is set in a stunning tropical garden, right on a long stretch of sandy beach. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the General Manager Michael Wirz and the guest relation team Ly, Vi and Vu, whose personal touch made all the difference. Every wish was not only fulfilled but often anticipated. The entire staff – from the buggy driver to the restaurant crew, yoga and martial arts teacher – were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding – high quality, creatively presented, and delicious. The restaurant staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner in a romantic settings with the beautiful view to the beach – magical moments. Our villa was amazing – spacious, romantic, and beautifully lit, with thoughtful touches like flowers, footbaths, welcome and farewell messages. The large pool and direct beach access was the highlight for us. We will never forget the wonderful 3 days we spent at this exceptional resort and will definitely return. A heartfelt thank you also to our travel agent Sabrina Ludin from Stiefvater Reisebüro Weil am Rhein, who organised this unforgettable journey through Vietnam and highly recommended this special place to us.

We fell in love with this place, it was so beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery and quiet sandy beach. With only 25 villas, this hidden gem is definitely the place for those who seeking privacy and less touristic. The food here was one of the highlights, variety choices of Asian and Western food, each and every dishes are equally good, fresh ingredients and amazing taste (especially crab fried rice). The breakfast was semi-buffet with made-to-order menu, so many choices and taste really good, especially the beef pho and steamed rice rolls. The villa is huge, comfy and beautifully designed, especially those lounge chairs or beds are so comfortable for relax and chill. What really impressed us the most was the heartfelt hospitality, the team was not only well-trained, but very humble and genuine. You can felt it through every small talks, exchanging knowledge and info, it was such an amazing and memorable stay. Mr. Andrew and Mr. An (our Villa host), they will go above and beyond to ensure everything is well arranged. Ms. Tran was so nice, really love our small talk during dinner time. Also, Ms. Han gave us some info and knowledge about Quy Nhon. Not to forget other staffs, all of them provide their top-notch hospitality. We've stayed at many hotels and resorts and this was one of the best, a place that connecting people rather than just another resort. Thank you for the great memories and hopefully we will meet in near future.

If you’re looking for five star service and luxury accommodation in Quy Nhon then look no further. I had booked into a five star hotel in the city which really wasn’t great and they had zero vegetarian options on their menu. I came to Anantara for lunch and I really wish I had stayed here now, but it’s sadly my last night in Quy Nhon. It’s a beautiful location on a quiet and secluded beach with stunning swimming pools and facilities. No noise from the city so you can relax and watch the occasional fishing boats go by. The food was incredible and the service could not have been better. I enjoyed it so much I ended up returning this evening for dinner! Special thanks to Tian and Hân who were exceptional hosts and very kind. They were attentive without being intrusive. I enjoyed chatting with them too, especially since I am a solo traveller. Whenever I next return to Vietnam I will be sure to book a long stay here.

Das Ressort ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr privat. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und alle sind sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so unvergesslich und individuell wie möglich zu gestalten. Jeder Wunsch wird gerne erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Küche die auch auf individuelle Wünsche hervorragend eingeht. Der Besuch mit dem Chefkoch auf dem lokalen Markt und das anschließende Kochen war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Familien mit Kindern können sich hier sehr wohl fühlen und die Kleinen werden sehr gut umsorgt. Das Meer bietet tolle Spielmöglichkeiten, da die Wellen nicht zu hoch, aber dennoch wild sind. Der seicht abfallende Strand bietet ein tolles Badeerlebnis. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für ihr Engagement, ihre Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit, die uns einen erholsamen Abschluss unserer ersten Vietnam-Rundreise ermöglicht haben und ganz besonderer Dank an unsere Villa Host Giau!

Wat een prachtige locatie, met uitermate vriendelijk personeel! Zowel de villa als het restaurant waren van hoogstaande kwaliteit. We hebben eens te meer genoten! Het hotel in combinatie met de Vietage -treinreis is absoluut een aanrader!

Đến Anantara được đắm chìm với bãi biển xanh mát, các villa sang trọng, tiện nghi với bể bơi riêng tạo cảm giác vô cùng thư thái. Nhà hàng với các món sáng phong phú, đa dạng. Resort khá gần với làng chài nên cũng có thể trải nghiệm thêm các món local.

Posto favoloso, come Anantara è abituata a fornire ai propri clienti. Personale molto attento e disponibile, in particolare Nghia. I piatti del ristorante sono curati e ben preparati. Migliorabili la colazione e l'offerta di drink durante gli happy hour. C'è un solo ristorante, ma la scelta è buona. Se si vuole optare per la cucina locale si può raggiungere a piedi sia il ristorante del resort Avani, che i vari beach restaurant del villaggio di pescatori (questi ultimi, molto spartani, ma con pesce freschissimo cucinato al momento). La spa, troppo cara rispetto alle offerte di altri alberghi di livello, offre comunque un servizio professionale di altissimo livello.

Wir hatten den schönsten Abend in diesem Resort. Einen wunderschönen Grillabend mit der lieben Servicekraft Giang mit ihrer liebevollen Art hat sie uns den Abend verzaubert. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Der Abend war wirklich Entspannung pur.
