Lovely little place and so we chose to stay longer. It’s got everything you need to stay in the compound and relax. Lovely pool and lovely green garden area. Super relaxing. Food is great, bar is good and massage (small extra cost) was lovely.

We have 2 wonderful staff assists and helping us plan our sites visits and meals. Le Tan and Thai Huong went beyond their duties. We have an well rested couple of days, especially from Ha noi. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families and likely return to this hotel.

一層潮氣比較大有黴味。建議住二層。服務不錯。晚上安靜。就是這個位置比較尷尬，周圍沒有風景

早餐很美味，選擇豐富。工作人員非常友好——他們幫我們預訂了交通和周邊地區的遊覽。一定會再來的！

The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us.

The best way I can write this down: Room: Fun design. Kids loved it. Bathroom plumbing/tub was old. Lights went out a few times during our stay so had to call the reception every time. They have a kettle but no power supply anywhere close. Cost: Pricey for a resort way out of town. Food: Less than average. Can't do much as nothing else around. Hotel tour booking: Simply put. Don't book from this place at all costs. We did a package to visit 3 places and only did 2 due to very hot weather and didn't have lunch either due to timing. The "boss" didn't budge on reducing the price. Felt very ripped off knowing after that other tours were 50-60% cheaper. Staff: Very helpful but had a very hard time communicating

carino ma poco curato nei dettagli e molto piccolo, solo poche stanze sono con il tetto triangolare, il Personale è molto gentile e accogliente. abbiamo cenato una sera nel resort ci hanno fatto attentenere tanto tempo per preparare un piatto che è la specialità del luogo, arrivata questa carne di capra secca durissima veramente immangiabile

12月19、20日，我們一家4口想去寧平參觀體驗景點。但因為家裡有兩位年邁的父母，不能走太多路，也不能搭船，所以預先安排的行程並不適合。一開始我們一家人還很猶豫是否參加旅行團或租車，但經過Minh（在度假村客人旅遊預訂管理辦公室工作）的熱情建議，並根據我們一家的意願調整定制旅遊，我們一家度過了一段美好的體驗。 第一次旅行（12 月 19 日下午）是乘坐吉普車的 4 小時旅行，導遊是 Thuy。她的指導和介紹非常熱情，對我們一家人非常盡心盡力，總是傾聽我們所有的問題、意見和要求，並儘可能地給予回應——所以她帶著我們一家人參觀了一些其他旅行團從未涉足過的非常特別的景點。最特別的是聖阮寺 - 越南東方醫學創始人李國洙 / 阮明孔僧侶的原始禮拜場所。這不僅很有意義，因為我家裡有很多人都是醫生，而且恰巧那天是聖阮節，寺廟裡的人正在舉行歡迎聖阮回家的儀式，正好我的家人來拜訪。 Thuy 女士與寺廟裡的人們交談，並幫助她的家人進入紫禁城內，向清朝獻祭，這個地方通常無人可以進入。 隨後，Thuy女士也表示，還有很多很美的地方，只是很少人去，但是遊覽時間已經沒有了，很可惜。因此，我們一家人立即決定與 Thuy 女士預訂 12 月 20 日的另一次 2 小時吉普車之旅（第三次旅行），以便我們一家人可以體驗全部內容。 第二個旅遊團（12月19日晚上）是白亭夜遊，導遊是Thao。儘管 Thao 女士連續 3 天工作 15 小時，但當我們參觀的時候（晚上 7 點至 9 點），儘管我母親的腿受傷了，無法快速爬上 Bao Thap，但她仍然對我們一家人非常熱情和耐心。由於意識到她的家人是第一次來這裡，而且來自遙遠的地方（前江），Thao 女士特意帶她的家人去了幾個地方，以便她的家人能夠盡可能充分地體驗這裡。 第三次旅行（12月20日上午）是我和Thuy女士一家在寧平的最後一次旅行。她帶著家人去了範楨洞穴——寧平最美麗的洞穴，但由於尚未被開發，所以仍然非常原始，幾乎不為人知。 Thuy 女士興致勃勃地帶著家人參觀了洞穴，洞穴確實非常美麗，令人印象深刻。然後她帶著家人去參觀動物農場，那裡有很多可愛又友善的動物，讓我們一家人又有了一次新的體驗（例如餵山羊和鴕鳥）。 總而言之，在不到 24 小時的時間裡，我們一家人參加了 3 次極其有趣且有意義的旅行，非常感謝兩位導遊 Thuy 和 Thao 以及吉普車司機 Nghiep 對我們一家的幫助。

Comfortable place to stay. Clean rooms & lovely gardens (as pictured) Great sized swimming pool, and drinks and cocktails at bar priced well. Staying with family for two nights as only visiting surrounding areas for couple of days. Staff friendly & check in was fast & easy. Our only negative was that we were woken up by other guests who were talking & laughing extremely loudly for 15 minutes outside of their rooms at 5 o'clock in the morning. Very inconsiderate of other guests staying in nearby rooms.

寧平不錯的度假村之一。優點：熱情周到的工作人員和非常乾淨的房間已經佔了70%的分數。菜色比較適合中部地區的人，因為菜色會偏甜一些，不過我是北部人，吃得還不錯。景色非常美，尤其是右邊的房間，可以看到白亭寺的一部分。缺點：除了白亭寺，這裡離觀光區有點遠。搭計程車大概200到300左右，尖峰期搭計程車要小心。不過度假村有機車出租，大概10多萬，可以選擇租摩托車。

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel . Très bien accueillis par Tracey, à nos petits soins en nous apportant un thé chaud après un petit plongeon dans la piscine . Piscine non chauffée donc fraîche . Très peu de monde à l'hôtel pendant notre séjour . Nous avons passés de très bons moments avec toute l'équipe de l'Hôtel. Un très beau jardin, Chambre spacieuse et très confortable
