This was a lovely stay! Front desk manager was the nicest person I've met on this island. The hotel has its own beach with a wonderful coral reef where thousands of fish live. The breakfast here was basic in selection, but quite delicious anyways. The room was clean, big, and comfortable, but it would definitely benefit from some updating, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless, it was an amazing stay!

Service was great the boys who work there were really lovely and attentive. Location was great, breakfast was fine nothing fancy but it worked for us. Pool is good

The hotel may not be perfect and giving it a five might be a high number, but the truth is the way that they're rebuilding this thing and the way that they take care of their guest is quite amazing. They're in a challenging situation after they had a huge earthquake years ago and they've been working hard on making this place betterand I've only been here for a few days, but they have been working every day diligently on doing repairs.

This was by far the worst hotel I stayed in the 30 years. I stayed in a lot of budget hotels. Did not care much about the amenities but the cleanless of the hotel. This hotel was not a budget hotel, the price of the room was totally out of scale with the facilities. I am sure some 20 years ago this was a nice place, but in the last 20 years they have not done anything to the hotel. It is run down. The coffee shop/kitchen that serves the hotel and next to hotel is a health hazard. I tried not to eat anything at the hotel, and having seen where the staff stored ice cubes and how they handle them, I would not dare to drink anything iced. The staff was nice and this is not a surprise, everyone we encountered at the island was extremly polite and helpful. I would give staff 5 stars if the hotel was not in the condition it was. When we checked in, the sink was clogged for example. Outside the hotel : The hotel is in the nicest place for snorkeling. Right before the hotel is the best snorkeling location. I will give the location 5 stars. I will also file a complain with ******* for misrepresenting the place. I never write a review but this hotel was misrepresented on ******* and definitely a health hazard. The room we stayed was classified as a suite and the price was that of a suite room.

The breakfast buffet was not great. We had to constantly ask for plates, utensils, cups, no refills on coffee. Some food was out with no server available to refill. The staff were not very attentive compared to other places. O

Beautiful beachfront location — the view is stunning and the area is super peaceful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I loved the calm vibe of the resort, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Great spot to stay on Gili Air!
