美洲之星黑鷹娛樂場度假屋(Ameristar Casino Black Hawk)

Taking little kids here was great as they got a swimming pool as well as a hot tub. We went there as early as 7 am and there was not that many people. The room was clean with walk in shower and a bath tub. I found our stay at a very great deal. We will come back!!

Had not been in a few years, but was still as nice as ever. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will be back in a few months

King spa was a great room, large. Huge fireplace, bar and bathroom. Service at the ****** was terrible. Thankfully we had drinks in the room. All day no server. Good at fireside was absolutely terrible. No food options after 9Pm. Except vending machine pizza.

The area is nice. The ****** was nice. The hotel is what got me. We asked for early check in and they don’t tell you there’s a charge of $60 like damn that’s insane… on top of that we got to the ****** and played a bit before checking in thinking we would be ready at 2 to get to our room. Come to find out the system was down. So we had lugged around our luggage to be told our early check in was delayed. Luckily the waived it for the inconvenience. Wish a text would have been sent or something.. when we finally got to our room, there was no cold water, told there are no microwaves for guest use probably because they want you to buy overpriced meals in the lobby. Ice machine was out on the floor we were on so we have to search 3 floors to get ice. Went to swim and use the hot tub but that hot tub was so scorching I looked like a damn lobster when I got out. Overall the setting was nice. But for the inconveniences we had and no compensating for even a portion of it, this stay was extremely overpriced. If you’re going to pay $300 for a hotel for one night, at least ask them to make sure everything is up to par before booking your room. Or go stay at the monarch or Lady Luck. That’s what we should’ve done.

Room furnishings are outdated and in need of renewal. Beds and bedding were adequate but interior to other hotels in the class in Blackhawk. Parking garage needs space painting.

Wonderful stay with every ammenity and comfort I was looking for and at times better than expected, perfect view from the room. 2days stay and we got to enjoy watching the Superbowl on the gaming floor, great employees, great service, great a**osphere, and the location to everything that Black Hawk has to offer- excellent.

There was bed bugs there in are room woke up to getting bit but them !!!!!!! Had to leave !! It’s such a shame a place like this has those I’ve stayed at worse places !! Before!!!
