我預訂了四晚住宿。午夜過後我抵達飯店，卻震驚地發現房間極其髒亂，令人無法接受。由於房間如此髒亂，我無法入住。我要求取消預訂，甚至提出只付一晚的費用，作為合理的折衷方案。然而，酒店管理層拒絕了我的請求。他們只給了我兩個無法接受的選擇：要麼等到早上離開，但仍需支付全額房費；要麼忍受如此惡劣的環境繼續入住。這種處理方式極度不專業且不尊重人。清潔是飯店服務最基本的要求，而飯店處理此事的方式令人非常失望。

Super service and customer care from all the staff. The River Nile view rooms are wonderful and excellent value for money. Good location for exploring Cairo. I visited the new Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza and it was 20 minutes by taxi. Just the Grand Hall and Staircase open so far but well worth a visit. If arriving by Go Bus, a short taxi ride from Tahrir station. Plenty of restaurants around with Nile views.

Such a cute little hotel, on the water with beautiful view of the city. The lady at reception called “Dream” was such a gem. Friendly , sassy and super helpful. By far one of the best hosting experiences we had during our Egypt trip. Fluent in English and a total gem. Advising on areas to visit , called an uber for us to the market and back to airpirt! “don’t take taxi , they overcharge the foreigners”! Great advice ! Rooms were very clean and great after our long hours trip from Aswan. Thankyou Dream and Nile boutique team!
