De ligging is perfect, direct bij het oude bazar centrum. Dat is niet groot maar wel veel restaurants, bars enz. Het ontbijt is erg goed en als buffet geserveerd op de top verdieping. Bij goed weer kun je op het dakterras zitten. Daar is ook de hotelbar. De kamers zijn erg verschillend, ook qua voorzieningen. De TV kun je alleen gebruiken met een insteek kaart (huren). Net als een kluisje. Bij ons ontbrak een koelkastje, terwijl er wel een (leeg) kastje aanwezig was. De wifi werkt niet bij de verst gelegen kamers. Ondanks 5 acces punten! Alleen in de lobby en de bar werkt de wifi wel. De airco werkte wel goed op onze kamer.

I should not go to this hotel without asking a room with a balcony. We have a room without a balcony. It is very dark. And it looks like a prison. There are bars for the window. The girl at the reception very rude. We will never go here again!

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare la città di Argirocastro, Camere con bella vista verso la città antica. Hotel moderno. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere in breve tempo negozi, ristoranti e il castello. Hotel in a great location for visiting the city of Gjirokastër, Rooms with nice views towards the old city. Modern hotel. From the hotel you can reach in a short time shops, restaurants and the castle.

Nous avons été dejeunés dans le restaurant au dernier étage de l’hôtel. Très bien accueillis, le service rapide et sympathique. Le repas simple mais délicieux. Les produits sont frais. Du haut vous avez une magnifique vue sur la vieille ville, je recommande sans hésiter.

El hotel no tenía limpio el water. Cuando entramos , a pesar de tener puesto el papel sobre la tapa en el que dice que está higienizado, tenía varias gotas de líquido en la zona del asiento y en el interior una mancha de heces. Cuando lo dije en recepción, como tenían el hotel lleno y yo había venido con un grupo de personas con un viaje organizado no tuve otra opción de cambio, aunque lo pedí, porque tenían el hotel lleno . Tampoco había nadie para limpiar el WC y he tenido que usarlo como cuando vas a un bar y te lo encuentras sucio. En la cama había puesta una manta deslucida y las toallas y alfombra de baño estaban deshilachadas del uso. En un establecimiento que tiene puestas cuatro estrellas no lo veo correcto. La parte más positiva de esta experiencia es que solamente dormiré es este hotel una noche!!!

Posizione eccellente, ottima accoglienza e colazione soddisfacente. Camera tripla spaziosa e dotata di grande balcone che si affaccia sulla piazza. Pulitissima. Bagno dotato di kit e ciabatte. Il personale molto gentile e attento. Ci tornerei

La posizione delle hotel è effettivamente comoda, ma il personale scocciato e zero disponibilità ! La mia ragazza stava male in stanza ed ho provato a chiedere aiuto: ho aspettato qualcuno che arrivasse in reception (scoperta) per 20’… ho chiesto se ci potessero cucinare un piatto veloce e mi hanno risposto secco “sorry” .. assurdo! Meno male che siamo rimasti solo una notte seno avremmo cambiato hotel! Inoltre stanze poco pulite… per me 4 stelle non meritate, ma ben 2 forse 3…

Un hotel extraño. Bien situado junto a la ciudad antigua y bazar. Exteriormente el edificio es de la época comunista, con pretensiones de lujo, pero con defectos de mantenimiento. La habitación que nos correspondió no tenia vistas y tenia una amplia entrada pero luego se estrechaba hasta el extremo de que solo cabía una pequeña mesita de noche. Desayuno escaso de variedad, habitual en el país

A hotel in desperate need of renovation especially the common areas and the lodging. The breakfast was mediocre. Dinner was adequate in terms of food quality and service. Would I ever return? No. Would I recommend it to others? No.

Le point fort de cet hôtel est sa situation au centre ville. En quelques pas, on se trouve dans les rues commerçantes et dans la forteresse. Vues très variées selon la chambre. WIFI correct. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Confonde thé et camomille!

Amazing views from the hotel to the mountain. The restaurant where breakfast is served is on the roof, so it is beautiful to sit and eat whilst taking in the spectacular views. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old bazaar. It is also easy to walk up to the caslte. Room was comfy and the views definitely are the selling point of this hotel.

Fantastic location, 1 minute walk from the Grand Bizarre and 1 minute in the other direction to the cathedral. Restautants and bars are on the doorstep. Breakfast was the best that I have had so far in Albania with much more choice and food being replenished. The shower was not great, with water not coming out of the whole shower head but the room was good with a comfy bed.

Facing the main square Hotel Cajupi is close to many restaurants. The outdoor dining area on the top floor offers a panoramic view ot the town and nearby plains. Rooms were clean with consistent wi-fi access. The hotel offer a modest breakfast buffet. When I dined there the only fruit served was sliced watermelon. The coffee was also weak.

Really well located, modern hotel. This hotel is just beyond the end of the road up to the town meaning you don't have to take your luggage too far! Modern hotel, stayed as part of tour group so can't comment on value for money. We stayed in a twin room, 3rd floor at the end of a corridor. Room was largish and a pleasant temperature, some natural light. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom, bit narrow but as a bonus the shower was powerful and had adjustable temperature control! Two bottles of complimentary water. From here you can walk easily (uphill!) to all of the shops and sights of this lovely town. My favourite thing about the hotel was the rooftop restaurant; ate here the first night we got here as we were tired and it was late - pleasantly surprised by the quality and reasonable price of the food. There is an outside eating area and you can get drinks served too here. Fab view of the modern town below and up towards the historic part of town too. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby and a small Greek mini-mart up and first right. Breakfast ok, standard Albanian: bread, jam, eggs etc but served in the rooftop restaurant.
