位置離中心區很近，就是使用谷歌導航的時候導到另外一個酒店去了，房間還不錯。

I paid extra for what I expected security parking, not available not even security cameras over the parking area. Shower had to climb into a bath to shower, very old and tired rooms no breakfast available, the parking and breakfast should have been available on the web site. This hotel is obviously setup for FIFO. AGAIN IF THATS ON THE WEB I CAN DECIDE. it’s not for travellers.

The hotel is extremely rundown with holes in the walls which have been patched but not painted. Carpet has been taken for the floor and nothing to replace it. Waking in it felt like an American serial killer movie. The hotel used to be lovely and could be again with some money spent. We wouldn’t stay there again until it’s refurbished.

The Hotel is great in a very good location although there is not much to do in Gladstone Shane because it could be great if the town had more to offer. Nothing l open on weekends just a couple of places to eat on the main *****, would not spend more than a night here

We have now stayed here 2 years in a row for an event. The staff are always soo helpful and happy!!! They go above and beyond helping you find everything you need and is always a delight to deal with!!!!
