The apartments were really big and have everything you need. great location and i will be staying here again.

Increíble suite con una sala de TV + comedor enorme, cocina independiente, 2 habitaciones muy cómodas y 2 baños completos. Vista muy bonita, balcón, mucha luz. Podría vivir ahí por meses.

Would not recommend This room did not look anything like the photos. It was reasonably clean, but it was cheap and uncomfortable. There is no AC and for some reason the hall was sweltering hot. This caused our room to be hot and there was no was to really cool it down. The coffee pot didn't work. The shower was slow to drain and leaked. We had a great trip up to this point. It was so bad that I actually tried to get an earlier flight out so we didn't have to stay there.

Read the review before you consider it. This was awful. 6th floor with no lift (no advanced warning, one of the party was disabled and had to book another hotel) No staff (manager) that would address any issues. No respinse to trying to contact the hotel about issues as 'the manager doesnt work weekends) No working heating Dirty room with old cigarette butts on the floor. No soundproofing, sleepless nights. - Even On the top floor you are hearing every word of conversations, screams shouts, bars, parties outside. Advertised as soundproofed butvits singke pane sash windows. The absolute opposite of soundproofed? Handles fell off doors. Generally run down. Bath leaks Carpets stained and dirty Poor guests crying as they couldnt reach their rooms or carry thier heavy bags to stay. No managers would take calls or respond to emails. The hotel charges £50 if you call them to report problems. Really shocked and very disappointed in the building and the way they chose to not deal with guests. Such a shame, it could be good. Refusing to respond to guests and lying to them is not acceptable. Atvcheck im we were told rhe lift was being repaired as we checked in and would be done shortly. Then told at checkout the lift engineers don't work weekends and they wouldnt find an alternative company as it would cost the hotel. Seriously? Guests in tears and they didnt think they should turn up to speak with them.

Great location, terrible property. This place is terrible. I do not recommend it. First, it was impossible to find, and even businesses across the street had no idea where/what it was. Second, the apartment and the building were kept unbearably hot with no way to adjust it. The windows only opened a few inches at most, and all the interior doors closed automatically, so getting air flow throughout the apartment was impossible. We had windows and doors propped open the entire stay, with pillows and whatever else we could find. There was a broken glass in the dish washer, a broken fan in the closet, and a shower drain that was extremely clogged, which shows a general lack of care and poor attention to detail. The noise was constant, day and night, from both inside and out. The only positive thing about this property is the location. It's right in the heart of downtown, near shopping and restaurants, and the train station is a block away. Do not stay here.
