I just want to say the room was lovely and clean and the bed is possibly one of the comfiest I have ever had. Cocktails in the North were lovely. This is what lets the hotel down massively is the breakfast. None of the meat is cooked properly, the scrambled egg is sat in a green/grey coloured water. The staff showed zero initiative in replenishing anything at breakfast. Having to constantly prompt and ask for things. The room where breakfast is served extremely small. This morning the only juice available was apple when asked about orange juice was told they’d run out and there would be none today and one coffee machine is not enough. Also if I hadn’t gone to reception last night to check on check out time I wouldn’t have been aware that a table needed to be booked for this morning. The breakfast and service massively reduced my star rating for the hotel.

We had the inter connecting rooms. One of which ended up being a disabled room. The room was not clean, carpets not hoovered, doors dirty, bathroom dirty and shower was revolting in both rooms. Plumbing system shocking, every time toilet flushes the whole room shook, it was SO noisy!! Other areas of hotel were lovely, breakfast room and bar. We were not asked upon checkout if we had a nice stay, I had to say I wasn't happy. We were also asked when checking out if we had paid!! Which we definitely did upon arrival night before!! Surely this should be in system?? Also, when I stated that I wasn't happy I was told the hotel hasn't officially opened yet?? To give them time..... Definitely will not be back and not recommended unfortunately.

The hype that this hotel has built up on Tik tok is so not worth it. The hotel is nice & clean however pretty basic. The spa is also very small and only has a sauna, tiny plunge pool and heated beds. More than 2 couples in at a time is over crowded. When we first got there the receptionist took us up to our room (which was supposed to have balloons & roses on bed) however there was none there. After 2 mins we got a chap on the door to say they upgraded us as they thought we were so nice however this was a lie as they had just put us in the wrong room with no balloons & flowers as requested. After checking out I realised I left my curling wand & 2 rings (one being Gucci) in the room. I went back a few days later to collect and was told my rings were never found. They have obviously been stolen, will not be back to this hotel, over rated & things have been stolen from us. Not happy at all!

First time at The Address but it certainly won't be the last. Lovely spacious and comfortable room and the staff were excellent so friendly and helpful nothing was a bother for them. Came here with my 3 cousins and we can't wait to come back. This is now our go to hotel when we're in Glasgow.

We stayed as a couple for our anniversary and was very impressed. The room was very spacious and immaculate. The bed was king size and spotless , with white duvets and comfortable pillows. The walk in shower was roomy with huge bath sheets. We had a scottish breakfast with haggis, black pudding, potatoe scone,tomatoes, mushrooms sausage, bacon and eggs. Everything was piping hot and delicious. Will certainly go back.

We stayed on a Thursday night using a voucher we received for Chris**as that was DBB. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff were very nice. Attentive without being overbearing. The room was lovely but a few tweaks are required like all new venues e.g. the extractor fan didn’t come on. We received an ice bucket and glasses no problem and the staff even kindly put some fruit in the glasses, much appreciated. Dinner of pate (massive portion) and wee crispie bread was to die for! We both had burgers, one chicken and one beef. Again, both were delicious. Portions were generous so we didn’t have any pudding. Breakfast was to order but there was cereal and some pastries out, along with fruit juice etc. we had tea, eggs Benedict, Scottish breakfast and toast and again everything was delicious. There was only one server but he was very on the ball refilling juice etc. The hotel was quite quiet but I suspect this won’t last long when word gets out. Shout out to Corey and Melissa who we had lovely interactions with. The staff really do make this venue. Quick mention also of the art which is so unique and I really enjoyed.

My wife and I had night in Glasgow yesterday to celebrate my birthday. Hotel was close to what we wanted on our visit. The reception girls (Melissa and Rebecca ) were very professional and helpful. Our room (302) was excellent and very clean. Despite being on a busy street there was virtually no noise to be heard. We were on bed and breakfast deal and I had full scottish which was freshly and quickly cooked. My wife had continental which was adequate. Next visit to Glasgow will certainly be to the Address Hotel.

The service we got from the hotel staff was excellent very attentive and very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and inviting. Our breakfast was really tasty and extremely enjoyable. Again with great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a really enjoyable stay.
