The location is excellent absolutely in the center and near all facilites you may need The reception staff was really friendly and helpful The room is nice and clean and have all the equipment needed For the price and location i highly recommend

Le seul intérêt de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne désagréable, les chambres sont correctes, sans plus, et la salle de bain était sale... Pas de petit-déjeuner et malgré ce qui est dit, pas de parking (on vous fournit un code de réduction pour un parking proche, accessoirement le plus mal noté de Glasgow, qui ne fonctionne qui si on est abonné, et le monsieur de l'accueil ne vous apporte aucune aide). On a dû se garer ailleurs en payant plein pot. Seuls points positifs : la 2e personne vue à l'accueil était bcp plus sympathique et serviable. Et les 2 dames qui s'occupent du ménage sont très gentilles, elles font probablement ce qu'elles peuvent pour limiter les dégâts.

The worst hotel I've ever been in my life ! I can't decide where to start ! 1) Dirty !!! They won't change bed sheets no matter what you do or ask or complain! On the 5th(!!) day although we asked it during the morning shift, an arrogant , ironic , although unable to solve any problem, employee, answered that he cannot do anything before the next morning! 2) Noisy !! There are bars just opposite the hotel and loud music and voices don't stop before 2.30 after midnight every night! 3) The only service that I took were some insect bites!! Of course no hygiene product is provided, except plain soap ... 4) There is no hanger for your clothes , except for a useless closet due to its size. 5) As you can imagine , breakfast , security box or mini bar , which are standard for most of the hotels in the world is an unknown luxury . So, please protect yourself from a so unpleasant and uncomfortable stay , for which you will be asked to pay 130€ per night!!!

we stayed for one night only. the hotel is in a great location right in the city centre, with easy access to all the local amenities. however this does mean you hear all the nightlife. we had an early flight and as the windows dont shut all the way we heard all of the revelers on the street and all the noise of the bottle bins, so it wasnt a restful sleep. the room itself was clean, however there were some unknown stains on some of the towels. there was no lift as far as i could tell and the spiral stair case may not be suitable for those with mobilty issues. the staff were friendly and available all night. if you're here for a night out i would recommend this hotel, but wouldn't stay longer than a night.

Hotel super céntrico con una gran relación calidad-precio. Personal muy amable y en recepción las 24 horas. De volver as Glasgow, repetiré sin duda en este hotel. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Cama muy cómoda.
