阿卡巴酒店(Arkaba Hotel)

Hotel is nice, full of ************* in the lobby. Rooms are well kept, furniture a bit on the old look but acceptable. Good parking.

Great location, clean and pleasent. Friendly staff, no noise heard from club downstairs.

Good service but the sound from the air conditioner need to be improve.

facilities are bit old. The electricity cuts down once at night. Restaurant is great.

There was a great band playing, Dino Jag, on Saturday night at the arkaba and we decided to enjoy the party to the fullest and stay over for the night and it was a great idea. Everything in one place to enjoy: restaurant, bar, music and very happy with the bedroom with the jacuzzi and very comfortable bed!

I was very impressed from the start.. early checkin made available. Loved the room and complimentry snacks. The shower was amazing. My dinner was nice , but the room service charge i found steep considering the restaurant is in the building. I will be back.

I had high expectations about staying here, unfortunately expectations were not met. Luckily the room had two double beds in it, both were needed. After climbing into bed i discovered i had a bed spring poking into my back. So we switched to the other bed. This issue was mentioned on checkout but no reply was given. The room was old style, no renos in 20yrs. The sliding shower door was broken, something very obvious if it gets cleaned correctly. But going by the amount of mould in the shower, maybe cleaning isnt a big deal here. The carpet in the room was also 20yrs old and worn. Same in the hallways, no money spent on upgrades. Yet the bar area is being renovated. I was very underwhelmed and will not stay again

The room was lovely and good value. Unfortunately serious roadwork was carried on all night right outside my window. I am not a light sleeper or bothered by ordinary traffic noise. But this was heavy machinery starting and stopping continuously. The hotel should have double or triple glazing as it sits right on a busy intersection where road work seems unending.
