約克温德姆花園酒店(Wyndham Garden York)

I came into town for a funeral and when I got there for check in they told me that they will hold an extra 50$ on top of my room rate for incidentals and it would be returned the day of check out. It has not been refunded yet. When getting into the room our pillows had brown stains on them. The comforters had blue stains and our refrigerator was leaking leaving water all over the floor and part of the carpet. We had no trash bags in our room so we had to ask for some at the desk. We paid almost 200$ for two nights and it was just not worth the money. We didn’t complain at the front because after a 7 hour drive we didn’t want to deal with anything else. It would be nice to be refunded for at least my incidental because we weren’t in the room long enough to cause any damage.

I reserved a king room and had to settle for double Queen beds. Took 2 days to get an extra blanket.

My room was pretty much in the pool area and i could hear kids screaming and couldn't sleep.

The beds weren’t really comfortable and the toilet keeps making a noise. Had a rough night of sleep which had me pretty tired in the morning but everything else was good

Facility is very nice, but 2 complaints mainly. Friday night there was live music in the bar and a large number of people kept gathering right by the front door smoking. It was awful. I complained to front desk 3 times because they kept doing it, and it filled the lobby and you couldn't get in or out without smelling awful when you got to your room. We have kids and we all smelled like smoke. Also the breakfast starting at 7am weekends when we went for a tournament was a negative. We were told there would be breakfast available by 6:30
