密爾沃基北萬豪萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee North)

We stayed for two nights through heavy construction noises, and due to the construction, lost all Internet and TV function. My complaint is when you are not told about the construction prior to booking you discover it at 11:54pm when trying to find entrance to the hotel, that it is 24 hrs. Not given credit to room cost for loss of internet and TV. Service communication beeps from elevator doesn’t give sense of safety, w/no sign posting to explain if it is safe. Pool water was cold and very small in size. However, the breakfast bar was better then others we have been to with oatmeal, hot food, premade items,fruit, waffles and mix add-one. Server greeting asking if our needs are met and friendly was nice.

The setting is odd presently because of the extreme reconstruction of the freeway and Main Street leading to the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel. I liked the heavy duty doors, it felt very secure. There were plenty of extra towels. It is all very new and clean. The breakfast had several prepackaged items that were pretty good.

There is major road construction happening on the interstate right next to the hotel. They work all night long. The noise is so bad the hotel is providing ear plugs to their customers. Unfortunately, they ran out the night we were there. If you happen to get a room on the quiet side of the hotel, the noise isn't bad, but if those are sold out, you will have a tough time sleeping at night on the noisy side.

The woman that helped stock the continental breakfast on Friday was extremely nice and greeted everyone. She must not have been there on Saturday because the staff on Saturday was not welcoming, didn’t talk to anyone and did not keep the breakfast items stocked. The coffee was empty which was very frustrating, the trash was over flowing, there were no coffee cups to be found, etc. Then the woman at the front desk on Sunday was rude, especially when I called about making sure I was checked out of my room since there was a line at the front desk when I left so I just put my room key in the return box. The fitness room was nice, however, there was no disinfectant spray to wipe down machines, just alcohol wipes, which smelled bad and I didn’t want to use. The pool is tiny and there is no hot tub. Also, housekeeping skipped our room on Friday, and on Saturday when we returned to our room, the housekeeper was there and she was not very friendly. Overall, I would not choose to go back to this hotel in the future.

There was a Harley Davison Event and the motorcycle’s were allowed to park wherever they wanted which meant I had to park in another hotels lot not as convenient. With so many people staying at the hotel the breakfast was slow to keep up with the demand. Having more workers would have been beneficial.

Poor staff customer service. Never cleaned room (was there for a WEEK). TV/internet out for 2 days. Front desk was rude and not the best at their jobs....bad experience. Do not stay here!!!

It was clean & the staff was very friendly. Everyone you came in contact with greeted you or said good morning.

Room was immaculate and most front office staff was informative and helpful. Breakfast was great and free!

I liked the staff and the breakfast. There was a lot of construction around the hotel, which made it difficult to get to places nearby.
