格洛斯特碼頭普瑞米爾酒店的評價

我最近入住了這家酒店，整體體驗非常不錯。首先，酒店的地理位置非常優越，很多超市。周邊有很多餐飲和購物的選擇。其次，酒店的環境非常乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床鋪也非常舒適。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，口感也很好。總的來説，這次入住體驗良好。

I booked to stay here to arrive then tell me rooms fully booked Friday told me I be refunded fully and still no reply from hotel and they still charged me absolutely rude and so u professional

Ottima location, ideale per i Gloucester Quays. Hotel funzionale e moderno con servìzi minimi essenziali. Camera family un po' piccola ma nel complesso per periodi brevi non è un grande problema. Wifi migliorabile, c'è l'opzione upgrade a pagamento ma nel 2025 il wifi a pagamento è una rarità...

A total shambles of an hotel, from no vinegar for first time in restaurant which is a nothing to worry about. But second nite half beers still unavailable and half food unavailable. So third night.. no fish , ok I have lasagne. Ain’t got any oh how about burger, ant got any. This place is laughable but oh it’s ok we got plenty of crisps…. Just don’t bother going there just use a local pub.

For the price paid the room was tatty and old. The food at support was acceptable, but the menu basically consisted of microwaved or fried fare, which was just about acceptable. Breakfast by contracts was appalling, sad looking hot food that had clearly bee on display for many hours and was dried up and diabolical. Pastry and bread items had not been replenished. Staff member was distracted by the manager who was more interested in chatting to the staff and keeping them from their work. As a result there was virtually no staff presence to assist customers. This is something that is a constant with Premier Inn across all of their branches. Not recommended. The staff, however, were lovely friendly and helpful when not distracted by management.

Got to the hotel, was given my room key, made my way up to my room to find that the key I was given didn't work. Went back downstairs with all my luggage, got another key for the same room, made my way back upstairs to my room, open the door and to my surprise the light is already on, there's a dress hanging from the coat hook and a jacket in the open wardrobe, look even further and there is belongings sprawled all over the place... I have been given a key to a room that someone else is already in. Back downstairs I go with all my luggage and explain to the lady what has happened. I am left standing there a while whilst I hear her talking to her colleague saying there's no rooms I can go in as I'm staying for 2 nights. Eventually I am led up to a new room and enter an empty room. Numerous times I ask the woman how she can ensure that no one will accidently be given access to my room and be able to steal my belongings and she guarantees me that it won't happen. She said that it only happened because someone swapped rooms and then someone made a mistake... which doesn't reassure me given that I have just swapped rooms. I ask her again and she assures me that no one will come into my room and then she leaves at a great pace that by the time I reach the lift to go back down, the door has already closed and making it's way down. After dragging the second lot of stuff in I then realised why the woman in the previous room hung her dress on the coat hook... because the wardrobe is far too short to hang a dress in. Reluctantly I left my stuff in the room to make my to dinner, the lady had previously told me on my first attempt to check in that there was no need to book a table I could walk straight in. I double checked with her before I left and asked about the meal deal, she confirmed that I was just to walk in and say I had a meal deal. I walked straight over to the other building to then be told that they were closed. They asked what time my booking was for and I told her that I was told to just walk in. I was made aware that this was incorrect. Fortunately the lady in the restaurant was very kind and agreed to allow me to eat. I was asked what I would like to drink, I asked for full fat coke... they only had diet. I asked if they had alcohol free cider and it it was on the meal deal, she said that it was... unfortunately this turned out not to be true and I had to pay a top up amount. I cannot fault the lady in the restaurant though, she was very friendly and helpful. However I am now terrified I will return to my room to find everything missing or someone in there. Also with staying here two nights I now feel the need to lug all my luggage down and into my car, then back up again, as I have no way to guarantee the security of my room. Most certainly will be locking the door tonight... let's hope it only gets better, but certainly would feel unsafe booking here again.

Room was standard for premier inn but the bar was shocking. Only 1 person working on a Friday night, ran out of beer and closed at 10. Saturday breakfast we had to ask for things to be topped up. There were only 2 staff on and they ran out of cooked breakfast and patisseries. Saturday night there was 1 member of staff working between the hotel and bar and we were told to leave at 10. The hotel was fully booked all weekend and to have 1 member of staff on was very disappointing and a disgrace to the hotel considering the hotel was full.

Went into the restaurant and ordered an ice cream sundae with Cadbury dairy milk caramel nibbles. Got half way through it and found there were no nibbles. Called the waiter over and queried it. He took it away and came back and said they had melted to the bottom! He didn’t want to replace it and offered me a drink. Told him I didn’t want a drink but wanted my sundae returned and asked for the manager. Having had my intelligence insulted, I asked the manager to explain how Cadbury dairy milk caramel nibbles melt when surrounded by ice cream. She claimed to have made the sundae herself and maintained to have included the nibbles, which were clearly not evident. I resent being lied to. When she finally realised how ridiculous her stance was she offered to replace the sundae and produced a correctly made one. These people are not smart enough to lie and this was a miserable experience.

Room was tired and shabby. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful, eggs and hash brown not cooked and beans cold. No decaf coffee or tea bags. Toaster didn’t work. Car parking was good and good location. Handy for designer outlet.

Very poor welcome upon check in, room was not cleaned as requested and towels only changed once during a 3 night stay. Location was very good.
