Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Essen zu Mittag war lecker. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und sind auch gute Lokale in der Nähe . Das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich

Erstklassiges Hotel mit feinem Ambiente, hervorragendem und zuvorkommendem Service, sehr gutes Restaurant und Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber und top Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren auf wenig befahrenen Straßen bzw. Radwegen.

All went well and smoothly with very friendly staff. Cozy and very spacious room and a good breakfast buffet. Decent coffee! Located close to Czech border so handy base station if operating at these areas. We didn't try the Stern restaurant this time but good restaurants close within walking distance (try Perikles & Hopferl !)

Hotel Stern is situated in the centre of Gmünd and an ideal place for hiking, cycling and exploring the area. The staff are very friendly and will give you excellent advice on hiking and cycling trips in the vacinity. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with large bathroom and all the amenities you could wish for. The breakfast buffet was excellent with everything you could think of and a various selection of egg dishes which were made fresh on request. In the evening we also ate in the restaurant which was very good but not a great deal of choice. Lots of parking spaces at the back of the hotel Highly recommendable.

Gutes Qualitätsessen. Fischsuppe 1A, Cordon Bleu sehr sehr gut (etwas klein), Tafelspitz bestens, Steak gut, Kalbsbackerln perfekt, Super Wein und Bier, Nachspeisen (heißer Schokokuchen extrem zum Empfehlen, aber auch Brandteigkrapfen und Palatschinken, sowie Zwetschkentiramisu ausgezeichnet. Service ok. Preis ok
