Overall a decent stay at a 2 star property for a reasonable cost.

Thank you very much all Staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful. The hotel may not look great from the outside, but it is very beautiful inside. I mentioned at the reception that my son's birthday is next week and that's why, instead of carousels, I came up with a 2-day tour of the Isle of Wight. My son got a cake for breakfast, and then a delicious breakfast. The hotel made us feel like we were staying with our best friends, they even helped us book a ferry at a promotional price. I give them 10/10 stars. My son said that this hotel feels like Harry Potter because the building looks small, but we walked for a long time through the corridors to get to the room. Our room had a sea view. Beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From Izabela, Charlie and Patryk.

Went to this hotel with Just go Coaches, for a Tinsel & Turkey 4 day break! What a great time we all had . The hotel staff where really wonderful, nothing was to much trouble, the food was really hot tasty, and large portions! The entertainment was first class, the last night not so good as it was a Quiz and Bingo! Room was cleaned daily, bed comfortable, shower great ! We understand hotel was to be refurbished for next year, Hope we go again, great place and staff Thank you!

Just returned from a nice long weekend break at the Medehamstede, one of many this year. There was a coach party there celebrating Tinsel and turkey event, the food was superb well cooked, varied selections and good portions we even spotted someone taking a photo of his gateau. The staff were welcoming and helpfull as ever and nothing was not much trouble for them. The room we had was spacious and had just been refurbished to a good standard, i understand that they are gradually upgrading the rooms in quiet periods which is great for guests.Lockdown affected many hotels who struggled financially and closed down but the Mede"is bouncing back and making good steps forward, thanks James, Lisa, Mitch. Charlotte and all the staff for giving us an enjoyable stay, see you all in the new year, G & N

The food was disgusting and I had sickckness and diarrhoea next day there was no central heating in one part of the the hotel and they had to move a coach party due the guy who was supposed to look after the central heating didn't have a gas certificate so this a major health and safety issue I have sleep apnea they put me in a single room with no plug so I complained they eventually moved me to a different room locals it told me wasn't a nice hotel. I would strongly advise not to use this hotel

lovely coach trip with Just Go. Great hotel with fantastic helpful staff. Room was small but new bathroom and very clean. We thought the food was excellent with plenty of choice and large portions. The hotel is in an excellent position with easy access to the beach via the lift . A very enjoyable holiday .

Stayed at the hotel as part of a coach holiday with Just Go. Hotel very dated, outside could do with repainting and the grounds could use some attention. I think it let the area down as the other hotels looked nice. My single room, no - 25 was clean with kettle and a rather small cup, tea, coffee and milk sachets. Four plug sockets which had USB ports, 6 in total. Small shower cubicle with WC. Sink was next to the bed.. It was a total of 42 steps, all on different levels, to my room on the top floor, no lifts. Food was OK, well cooked and plentiful. Didn't use the bar with entertainment (singers) as I was on my own. WiFi only worked in reception. The staff were brilliant, can't praise them enough.
