Based on our excellent experience at their other properties, we chose to stay here. While the property itself has great potential, it is not well maintained. The rooms are spacious but look quite dated. Housekeeping services were disappointing, and the swimming pool had broken tiles, which made it less appealing. Although it is called Om Beach Resort, the beach is actually about 5 km away. The service here also does not match the standards we have experienced at other Jungle Lodges properties. Overall, it’s an average stay — the location and property are good, but better upkeep and service are needed to make it truly worthwhile.

Pretty old property and very less maintenance but food is excellent and rooms are big but needs renovation and need to have proper Lenin

This property location is good and room is spacious but all good things end there. DO not expect basic courtesy and hospitality is out of question. I have been a regular to JLR out of all this seems to be odd one or usually basics are right. There are many good properties available more near to beach go for them.

Poorly maintained property. The rooms are very very old type and not maintained. You get much better hotels at gokarna for same cost

it is an old property with individuals villa style rooms and one has to climb 10-12 stairs to get into the room so not suitable for senior citizens who have issues with joints/ knee pain. you get exposed to the weather when you come out of the rooms so better carry umbrellas to go to the restaurant etc…there are no intercom if you need something you will have to go to the reception. food is very tasty they serve traditional sambhar/ rasssam, two veg/ non veg dishes etc ... would like to add that staff was very nice and friendly

Spa is not complimentary. The property location is great it's a government property, quote old. They have huge premises with garden. Food is good, like home made. The desert served is too sweet. Swimming pool is quite good, very clean. Other indoor and outdoor games are not there. This must be the best property in gokarna. Staff is polite. Room size is big. They have entrance lobby, sofa- table room and separate bedroom.

The place is very basic. Rooms are hug h but apart from that everything else is at bare minimum. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all in the same place with limited choice. It is almost like dining in a hostel. The pool is well maintained.

Not that good. No tandoor available. Not as per rate service not good no cocktail available. Cannot recommend to others

The property, location, staff and food was very good. The only thing that needs is an upgrade to the in-room amenities. The linen, towels etc. Are very old and with stains. For a place at this price point it devalues the experience.

There are better options in gokarna than this hotel

We stayed there for 2 nights. The property is very nice. The rooms are huge and clean, the food is freshly made and the staff is really helpful. It's not overtly luxurious but if you wanna be surrounded by nature, wake up with the chirping of the birds and watch beautiful sunsets, this is the place for you.

This is an excellent resort stay option in Gokarna. It's approx 1 km away from the main Gokarna Beach and main marketplace. The property is old and spread in very big area. The room size is also very big with nice verandah and very good cleanliness. There is nice pool inside and lots of trees around in the property area. Treat for nature lovers. On lucky day you can spot peacocks dancing around :). The stay is inclusive of all meal package. The food served in breakfast and meals are all classic homely style, simple and flavorful. Also liquor shop available inside restaurant. By jeep, drop and pick up service they provide on fixed timing in the morning and in the evening. Staff is very generous and very kind. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property for Family Travellers planning to visit Gokarna. Tip: Plan for at least 2 Night / 3 Day stay and make a comfortable sightseeing plan around to enjoy the stay fully. Om beach must visit in evening for beautiful sunset experience.

Excellent service and good food

Firstly, we have requested for a refund through the app, since we had medical emergencies with 2 people. And it was mentioned that we were liable to get a refund. The staff was very rude on call. Once the rest reached the location, it was a very shady place and bad location.
