Die Wohnung ist grosszügig in der Wohnfläche.. die Lage optimal, nah am Beach und nah genug am Geschehen. Nicht so gut, der veraltete und stinkende Spannteppich im Schlafzimmer und eher ältere Ausstattung. Mussten Raumsopay kaufen, um etwas angenehmen Geruch zu erzeugen.

Unfortunately the bed springs were broken - the bed was obviously very old. I reported it but I’m sure many others would have done before us, with no replacement happening. I slept on the lounge! Air conditioner was very noisy and needs repair - was noisy enough to wake us from deep sleep every hour or so.

Apartment size was great. Cleaning of the room was terrible and there is a really bad smell in the kitchen cupboards which was making the room smell when doors were closed. No A/C in the room and we were only advised when we checked in. No blankets provided and we weren't able to get an extra pillow when we asked (only one each provided on the queen bed). Seemed like a work in progress, painting and new blinds and carpet but not finished. Outdoor pool and spa were awesome. The person on reception was very pleasant and helpful.

Great location and very comfortable apartment with a million dollar view. Kevin and the lovely girl at reception made us feel so welcome . Pool area is very quiet. An easy walk into the heart of surfers and lots of restaurants . Hotel has good security. A great place to stay

A great place for a short or long term break on The Gold Coast close to the beach and all amenities. Fully equipped and comfortably furnished to suit all age groups. Would we stay there again, absolutely yes we would. Look no further when planning your next self contained holiday.

2 bedroom unit Room 1605 was extremely disappointing. Air conditioning, telephone, range hood light not working plus kitchen utensils & crockery basic & limited. After complaining it wasn’t acceptable I was informed they couldn’t move us until next day. Manager was as accommodating as he could be but for an Accor hotel it was disappointing they presented the room for rent while they were aware of the problems. Room 1601 was upgraded and much better, what you’d expect for the money and everything worked and the standard much better., very pleasant. The pool area was great! Was also disappointed being an Accor member that our usual complimentary bottle of wine upon check in was not honoured, claiming they were not licensed. Overall the least favourite of our Accor stays ever! Credit to the manager though for dealing directly with us as best as he was able.

When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The drain in the main shower had hair etc in it, the main bathroom ceiling was so low that anyone 6ft could not possibly have a shower without their head hitting the ceiling, meaning they had to crouch to get under the shower head(my son is 6ft 3" so it was impossible for him to shower in there), food from previous people was still in the draw with sugar spilt everywhere, the return air vent for the Air Con had a large build up of dust, the bin in the kitchen did not have a new liner and had grease or food spill in the bottom that had not been cleaned out, a glass in the draw had a lipstick stain, the air con was not working in the master, and a temp portable air con had been supplied which was vented out the door to the balcony. This meant we could not lock the door or close the curtains properly and it provided little relief in the room from the heat, especially in the afternoons when the sun was setting on that side of the building. The wardrobe doors either did not open or were very difficult to open. When all of this was reported to the staff they did send someone up to clean the vent and shower but could not offer a better solution to the air con in the master or even offer to move us to another room. When getting out of the lift on our floor there was a very distinct smell that was unpleasant. Thankfully this did not continue into our apartment. We decided on a BBQ dinner one night and when using the BBQ area the bins provided had clearly not been emptied for a while as a rotting smell was coming from them and the BBQ we used (the centre one) the drip drain was not connected correctly to a disposal point and dripped onto the ground running out to where we stood to cook. We decided to just get on with our stay and enjoy what the Gold Coast had to offer and did not spend hardly any time in the apartment other than to sleep and shower. We stayed at this location as it was a part of All Accor, and we trusted that it would be of a reasonable standard, but unfortunately, it was not. The staff were friendly, and the pool provided a nice space to relax in, but some improvements definitely need to be made.

What a great stay. Received an SMS and an email on what the building has, how to access the building after hours etc. Stayed over the airshow weekend which we didn’t realise it was on when booked. Was staying on the 5th floor and some of the planes flew past. Our welcome e mail also included information about the airshow There is secure undercover onsite parking (complimentary). Only one car space per unit is permitted. Maximum height of the carpark is 2.0 metres. No restaurant on site but heaps of places close by. They do have a BBQ on site and an indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms are dated but perfect for what we wanted. Being a break free there is not a not of status points gained but it counted towards my overall nights. Received a welcome breadboard which was a nice touch. Overall great apartment central to everything and would stay again. The notes did say not all rooms have air conditioning so if booking I would put in a request for an air conditioned room, not sure if they can guarantee that though, however no harm in requesting early. Overall will stay Again it was great value for money in my opinion
