布羅德比奇曼特拉公園酒店(Mantra Broadbeach on the Park)

Location was good and we liked the fact that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms and both had a spa tub which the kids really enjoyed. Furnishings a little dated but still a comfy stay overall.

Been here before and it was great. This time our experience was very poor. Sunday 4.15pm and the fridge stopped working, and the kettle and hotplates. I had to Macgyver a dinner somehow. There are no contact details anywhere for help once reception leaves. No TV either and dishwasher didn't drain so that was useless. Sewerage smell from the second bedroom. Desperately needs a refit. For $626/night go somewhere else. My mantra will now be 'never stay at Mantra'.

Handy to everything and while a older hotel it is kept updated and fresh and clean We did miss the info booklet in room as a code hard work for seniors , possibly milk in fridge on arrival would have been nice Welcome gentlemen staff was lovely, leaving the office shut so left keys Really enjoy this hotel and have stayed a few times Looking forward to returning next year

Dirtiest hotel ever stayed in. Air Con faulty alerted staff to issues reception was apologetic however unable to do anything. Management non-existent. Tried to change room when we got there at 5.30 reception already closed. Next day they said they would fix things then just before 5pm when reception closed told us we would have to wait until the following day. The next day after a robust conversation was giving keys to another room to move into after 3pm. When we got to this room it was dirt again. The pictures from the air vents below are from this room. The air con was working better so moved and they finally came to clean the vents after more robust conversations. Many more things happened, or should I say didn't happen, but we are trying to forget the ordeal.

Staff were informative and friendly, answererd any questions I had. Room was very tidy, with a beautiful view. Plenty of amenities, sauna, spa, swimming pool, barbecue. Perfect for families or singles! Will be back!

What a great hotel. The 3 bedroom apartment was so spacious and very clean. The staff were so helpful I would highly recommend to stay here. Oh and did I mention the location is so central and close to everything it was such a great weekend away with my 2 sons x

By far the best apartment hotel we stayed in this time in Australia. The apartment was a 2 bedroom. It was spacious. The kitchen was full size. The balcony was huge. It was well maintained and the decoration was good. Room number 1003. The washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. The pool area was good. The hotel is in a very good spot around many high end eateries. Had some of best meals here. Just can’t knock it.

It is in a great location; an easy walk to the beach, surf club, cafes and restaurants, shops and the ******. The accommodation is comfortable and has all the amenities you need (kitchen, laundry etc.). It is clean, well presented and represents excellent value for money.

The 2 bedroom apartment we used was excellent value for us as a family. Kitchen facilities were excellent, plenty of room in the apartment with balcony space, bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of cloth hanging space, bathrooms very functional and clean. A most enjoyable stay for us and would recommend to others.
