艾美塔樓公寓(Meridian Tower Kirra Beach)

Great stay with this hotel ! Will definitely be back ! Walking distance to The beach, no parking problems / walking distance to gold coast sky diving !

我們的入住時間是星期六。接待處沒有人為周末辦理入住手續 - 收到一條帶有密碼的文本，前門的鑰匙保險箱包含供客人辦理入住的信封。信封包含兩套鑰匙和鑰匙，以及停車和訪問說明。 停車後，我們使用離岸價前往五樓的單位。單元內有設備齊全的廚房、帶餐桌和椅子的客廳、躺椅和大屏幕電視。臥室有一張特大號床和邊桌、一個兩門衣櫃和一個毗鄰的小套間。 Meridian Tower 的位置非常好 - 與海灘隔馬路，靠近幾家餐館和咖啡館。

Perfect night ☺️

The view was fantastic but that’s were it ends, room was very tired, ensuite was a disaster, shower door hit toilet, sideway to get in?and very poor water pressure . Kitchen sink tap was falling out, told receptionist twice but no action taken. All glass doors rattled and whistled due to winds. Very disappointing considering the price and will not be back.

Great location right on Kirra beach, a bit far to walk for some for shops and restaurants. Apartment was well presented and clean however kitchen and bathrooms showing their age.

I choose the Two bed room deluxe ocean view room but when arrived it was completely different to the photos. Our apartment was on the side and you could only see the ocean just. Also the description said there would be air conditioning in the bed room but there wasn't. So I complained to ********** and they did not help at all, I finally got to upgrade my room to the superior ocean view room. ********** staff then lied to me and told me they will not charge for an extra bed but they did charge me for an extra bed and $100 for this for one night. Hotel.com site says around $35 (even peak season) difference per night with a Two bed room deluxe ocean view room and a superior ocean view room. They also charge for your beach towels as well -$5

I asked for a wheelchair friendly unit.We got the most Wheelchair unfriendly.We also had4 other units booked, and had to shower my daughter in the other units ,which were much user friendly.there were insufficcient garbage bags supplied in the unit , and no nearby shops to by same ,hence were charged for extra cleaning. the lifts were a nightmare ,as we had family members on different floors,andcould not directly interact to those floors.The shower sachet could not be opened ,so could not be used.All in all ,very dissappointing !!!

Did like - Great view, location, easy access Did not like - this apartment badly in need of some TLC eg. cupboard doors jammed, build up of grime on fridge door, balcony furniture should be thrown down the tip. The owner should spend some time here to experience the downfalls of this apartment.

Staff was rude, dishes stained and dirty, bathrooms not very clean. Sliding door was very hard to open, one didn't lock. fans dusty and air conditioning, for the cost of the property it was not worth the money. main receptionist was rude and not helpful in anyway. Lounge was smelly and needs replacing.
