Where do I begin.... arrived at Aussie resort on Friday 29th march, check in was easy no one was here just grabbed the key from a lock box, but that was the end of the easy part... my family and I settled into room noticed there were a few black hairs on the sheets (gross) but didn't complain. Came to bed time and we undid the blanket at the end of the bed and it had stains from start to finish on it.. ok gross but we will use the spare one in the wardrobe that one had the snot from about 10 different people spread all over from God knows how long! We rung the office at this point it was about 730pm a lady answered I told her the story I said we need new blankets this isn't good enough she then told me nothing she can do there isn't anyone on site to bring you any?? Huh?? Strange ok so what are we supose to do ? Not to have any blankets ? She said we can get house keeping there tomorrow with blankets ... ok great but what are we suppose to do tonight? She didn't know what to say ... so I asked her what are my children going to do have no blankets ? She said I'm not going there tonight so I would have to wait.. the owners are on holiday and there's no staff at the resort. At this point I'm fuming we paid to stay 2 nights! And the first night my family can't have any blankets and my Kids are ither stuck with someone's bodily fluids and snot on the blankets or have none. My family obviously chose to have nothing. We wanted to leave and get a refund at this point take my family and go somewhere else but there was no one to even give us a refund, no shops open to buy blankets we were stuck. All we wanted was the bare minimum we bloody paid for. Next morning I think a different lady (this one was nice) sorry didn't grab her name bought us new blankets for our second night and she apologised... seems she's the one running the place while the management or owners are on holiday 🤔 but she had no authority on anything only to bring us blankets when she clocked on again. The amount of dust in the room would be enough to set 100 asthmatics off. Absolutely terrible place to stay unless you want to catch something on unwashed bedding. Very unhelpful with no one on site and not anyone to care about their customers. We are now about to leave very unhappy and grossed out and want to warn everyone about this place. Once u give them your money it's hard to contact anyone hard to get help and hard to get the bare minimum you paid for! AVOID THIS PLACE

The Australian shape pool was heated but not too hot which made it a pleasure to swim in.
The biggest downfall was people smoking in the outdoor areas of the resort (balconies)
Everything else was fantastic close to bus stops and beach

Really good set up, feels secure. The unit was simple, but clean, homey and had everything we needed. The managers were really friendly and helpful. Great position, close to the beach and within walking distance to the main part of Burleigh Heads. Would definitely stay there again.

what a great little place to stay staff were lovely price was right close to beach and shops. Pool is huge and our unit was nicely appointed for budget accommodation, wouldnt certainly go back and stay again

We loved everything! The wonderful location close to the beach, the resort is very green and quite, and water in the pool was very nice and warm even in the morning. Will definitely stay there again!!

Very good unit although a little overpriced. Good location and short walk into centre of Burleigh Heads. Would stay here again if price was not so high.

We were pleasantly surprised by many things with this property.
Although it isn't a brand new building the facilities and apartments are well maintained. The apartments have room to sit and eat which is separate to the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen and laundry had most things you needed. The grounds were lovely and lush and the pool area was clean and tidy.
The location was a bonus being walking distance to more than a handful of great cafes and restaurants in both directions.
