ULTIQA清水源度假村(ULTIQA Freshwater Point Resort)

We really like the hot tub. The view was amazing. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. We really didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room. It took 3 direct contacts with the receptionist. Blonde receptionist was extremely disinterested and didn’t want to assist us with ticketing or with housekeeping. There was no direct method for communicating with housekeeping staff that we wanted the room serviced.

Really lovely property only one recommendation a coffee machine in the actual apartment they are cheap and holiday rentals have them now. However overall happy. Wot if also was really easy . Thank you

All of the pictures for the room type we booked show a high level canal view. We were assigned to a room with a view of the carpark and it was on level 1. Pictures or description need to be corrected as this was very misleading. Hotel staff said we should have requested a canal view but I didn't think we needed to when every photo of that room type showed the canal view! Very disappointing when we only chose this hotel for the canal view. Hotel offered no solution or compensation.

Loved the location 10 min walk from Broadbeach beach much cheaper than being right on beach. The area surrounding apartments is beautiful rivers and houses with boats and beds very comfortable. The pool was just so lovely and outlook from pool so nice. Nice common areas and decent size 2 bed units. I was a little upset that sofa in room was really crappy should be in bin very uncomfortable, and Laundry door once opened hard to close and a rusted bin in kids bedroom. Master bedroom shower leaked. Very minor things they can easily fix reception did not care much when we mentioned to them nor apologised. This place does not do fully serviced so you have to wash you own towels. The washing machine dryer they have in room were very good. If you stay 8 days you get a clean day 4, but we stayed 7 so don’t get it. I think they should after 4 days so this clean for all. The reception open 9-6 pm. Not much helpful info on touristic things from them.

Was clean and modern, with nice pool area, a few more shade umbrella around pool would have good, cafe nice we had free breakfast, but a decent coffee would have been a nice inclusion instead of complimentary instant. In general a good choice, walkable to Oasis and Pacific fair.

Great room, close walk to restaurant, shops and beach. Pool and bbq area great for family. Excellent staff and cafe. Will be back again….

The room size was great. I was disappointed with my view, so many private residents, it seems as a guest I got the left overs. Upholstery needs cleaning one of the dining chairs I wouldn’t sit on. Electrical testing is nearly 2 years overdue, towel rail kept falling off, no where to put your suitcase/folded clothes. No tissue, limited toilet paper and condiments for a 5 night stay. Bath was nice but you need to be less than 6’ if you want a shower. Vent in shower very dusty. Constant sewage smell from toilet. Pool and spa were lovely. Needed extra towels though. Extremely disappointed as advertised restaurant and bar, there is nothing on site. The cafe closed at 1pm, it is a 15 min walk to beach and restaurants.

Great location. We loved the apartment, it was self contained.and spacious. The pool was a good size for swimming & the hot tub was great. Walking distance to shopping centers & trams. .

Very clean and in a great location, only a short walk to the oasis shopping centre, pacific fair and the beach. The heated pool and spa were great as we could still swim in winter (Jul). The small cafe was wonderful for our morning coffee. I would definitely come back here again.
