布羅德海灘空氣ULTIQA公寓式酒店(ULTIQA Air On Broadbeach)

Property is convenient to transport, restaurants and prime location for the beach. The room was not clean, towels were stained & there was work being carried out on the building so we could not use our balcony, were unable to open our bedroom blinds or our external door to the bedroom otherwise we would be staring at tradesman. Overall frustrating as we had enjoyed pleasant stays here in the past.

Disappointing that for an apartment you’re paying $800+ a night that the couch is obviously 25+ years old and so uncomfortable we had no where to sit. We ended up sitting on the floor…. And I’m talking about it’s falling apart, you sit down and hit the wooden frame. Other than the couch the apartment is nice. Amenities and location are amazing.

A fantastic location. Beach views with a shopping centre underneath with everything you could ask for. The room was getting a little on the side of needing a makeover but there's nothing else I can fault. The staff were friendly (although we could not get hold of anyone for a long time and needed our luggage out of storage), but what I can't get over is the very ABRUPT signs everywhere. 'absolutely no food in here,' 'WIPE DOWN SAND before entering, managers orders', I just really felt like good old customer service had gone down the drain. I get it, I used to have a short-term holiday rental, and I'm sure people have done the wrong thing but the anger really came across strongly. Lighten up a little and stop with the abrupt signs everywhere so people can feel like they are welcome to enjoy their holiday!

Great Views, one of the best you could ask for and best location with everything at your doorstep. Apartment is old and requires an update especially in bathroom. Outdoor furniture is very old and needs to be changed. Overall it was a good stay as the views and location made up for the shortfalls.

Our 3 night stay was lovely. The 2 bedroom ocean front apartment we had was gorgeous, the views were amazing. The location is so convenient, so many restaurants close by and also Pacific Fair. The pool area was really nice, but maybe could do with more sun lounges. The staff were all very nice and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views!!! Lovely clean modern two bed apartment with awesome views out to sea. Super quiet even though in a busy location. Great location close to everything. Loved our stay here will definitely be back!

Excellent location magnificent views of the ocean easy access to a vast variety of restaurants and shops

I have to clean the unit myself, to throw away the rubbish in the rubbish bin myself. Yet, you have to clean the unit anyway, why is it the job of the customers? I've paid! Also, there is disgusting smell from the garbage room when I get out from the elevator. I don't like it! Besides, it's mentioned that there are toiletries provided. We thought that toothpaste and toothbrush will also be provided but it's not the case.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and surround.
