阿爾莉亞公寓(Aria Apartments)

Will not return, Not recommend there was only one lift working causing long waits for lift service,the decor in our unit was tired and the floor was in need of attention, also the balcony sliders are in need of attention. We were over charged and not refunded correctly leaving us out of pocket. There is a building site adjacent which works from 6am to 6pm 6 days a week, the noise from machinery was intrusive and they are not yet at ground level. It would have been reasonable to flag this work on the Aria Web page.

The location is great and easy walking to all that Broadbeach has to offer. However, the website leads you to believe that family units are on the 2nd floor. We arrived after hours and were on the 20th floor. Speaking to reception the next morning, the blunt response was that we needed to request this upon booking. With regard to the unit; the oven did not heat and it appeared to be a faulty dial, the main wardrobe lacked room because of a shower chair stored in it. On our 3rd day we arrived back to a shattered window and the response from management was quick and efficient. They then moved us to a 2nd floor apartment. Overall, both units lacked the finer cleanliness expected for ‘luxury apartments’ (main bed springs were collapsing, AC flow was poor, leather lounge was peeling and needed to be vacuumed, blankets stained etc). Overall, location is great, the pool and gym were of very high quality, and main areas are quite luxe, there is just some areas that need attention when you consider the price your paying.

Had a great stay at Aria Apartments in Broadbeach. What a great building - Large well furnished 2 bedroom apartment - clean, great views and awesome friendly staff so helpful. Yes there is construction across the road but I found the noise minimal and did not affect my stay in the slightest. I would have no problem booking there again and would recommend in a heart beat.

We often stay at the Aria as the apartments are spacious and the pool and spa are great. However, this time we were in a south east facing apartment and it was very noisy due to building works across the road. While no fault of the Aria, I would recommend only booking a north east or east facing apartment until the works are complete.

The apartment was very expensive for what we got. It is tired, grubby. The furniture is old and in disrepair. The blankets looked like they hadn’t been washed. The outside area needs a good gurney. The TV didn’t work properly. Minimal crockery. Very disappointing. Good location except for the loud music from the nightclub.

Very noisy construction going on next door. The manager rude and aggressive when spoken with re the noise . Air conditioning not working properly. Couldn’t have doors open due to the construction noise. Council start collecting containers and rubbish at 5am. I would imagine the construction will be ongoing for some time. Don’t stay there if you can avoid it. Shame as great size apartment for a family with a partial view of the beach and quite a good location.

Great room. View was amazing facing the ocean. My room was updated which made it a nicer experience compared to the other room i booked. Bed comfy, bathroom was awesome also. Location perfect close to everything.

Great location. The pool and spa area is beautiful, and the perfect temperature. 3 bedroom apartment was a great size for 6 people to stay in for a week. We will definitely be back again!

Stayed here for a week of golf and it's the perfect spot. Close to pubs, bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Kurrawa Surf Club. We had a couple of 2 bedroom apartments with ocean views that were excellent. Included a couple of car spots as well. Good pool area with a spa which we took advantage of almost every afternoon and a nice little gym as well. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff but when we did, they were excellent. The only small issue was a little noise from the street given there was some building/renovations going on but it wasn't too bad.
