瑟克爾旺卡維爾假日公寓式酒店(Holiday Holiday Circle on Cavill Apartments)

We had a fantastic time and absolutely loved our stay at Circle on Cavill. Our room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view and was everything we needed. We loved having access to all of the facilities and was great having free parking. The booking/check in process was smooth and easy. The location was perfect and central to everything we could've needed for shopping, dining, activities, the beach and groceries all within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Great views overall a nice apartment found it difficult to locate the holiday holiday office would of been much better to of met at the property rather than walking around a mall with my luggage to locate their office then around the block to ariv at the complex overall was a good stay thanks

Right in the centre of everything. View was fantastic and set up was great. Could not really complain. Really enjoyed the stay. Shower head could have done with a more upgraded one, but really cannot complain. Pools and gym could be opened later would have been fantastic.

Place needs a good clean anyone that suffers from asthma or hayfever be carefully very dusty place old furniture bed sheets etc. I had to stay at another hotel for couple of nights due to dust

STAY AWAY! We had a terrible experience with this property all the ammeties were not working such as dryer and dishwasher. Poor communication we were told someone will replace the dryer and still not done till we checked out! The place was filthy, unclean and bathrooms were dated. There was a smell comimg from the sink. The location however was ideal.

When informed that a/c was leaking water from ceiling ducts, was told that was normal, and if carpet got wet because of it, it would be considered as guest damage and deducted from the bond. After several cals and emails, was hung up on by Holiday Holiday room liason, was paid a visit by Lily to check on water [still dripping), and was told to " shoosh, sit down and watch tv" as though I were 8 years old. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Were not interested in my opinion, as when I enquired with a couple of rooms on the same floor, no one had that problem. Their solution was to turn up the temp to 22°, where temps were in the 30's most days, causing room to be stuffy. This didn't solve the issue either. We put a towel down to try and catch the drips as to not wet the carpet, and completed holiday like that. Shower heads were very ordinary, no pressure due to wear and tear, front door handle nearly came off, and the main pool was closed, yet no one informed us of it. Apparently it's not their job to tell guests about anything body corp related. I would not book another stay anywhere with Holiday Holiday. I actually think their motto might be " Pay ,Stay and Shut Up"

It’s was ok our stay. Communication is was very good and amazing Ocean view but the downfall is the apartment is not was dated some of the furniture a bit damaged and old.the area is very noisy but amazing view!

Holiday Holiday circle on cavill in Gold Coast, has good apartment location, however, the services they offered to us was not good. E.g. aircon was not working, washing machine was not working (it clogged the dirtly water for 2 days). The agency later installed another one after our complaint, however, the next one makes a loud noise and often shakes badly 😳. The utensils had rust on them. I will not suggest to use them. Not so good experience overall.

A little tricky checking in and out given how busy the area is. Only disappointment was the. 10 AM checkout. We travelled with a 2 month old new born baby and requested a late check out weeks back. The staff at the reception didn’t even honoured/ acknowledged it and denied saying other guests will be waiting etc. A little consideration should be made. We left the property at ~ 08 AM.
