When informed that a/c was leaking water from ceiling ducts, was told that was normal, and if carpet got wet because of it, it would be considered as guest damage and deducted from the bond. After several cals and emails, was hung up on by Holiday Holiday room liason, was paid a visit by Lily to check on water [still dripping), and was told to " shoosh, sit down and watch tv" as though I were 8 years old. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Were not interested in my opinion, as when I enquired with a couple of rooms on the same floor, no one had that problem. Their solution was to turn up the temp to 22°, where temps were in the 30's most days, causing room to be stuffy. This didn't solve the issue either. We put a towel down to try and catch the drips as to not wet the carpet, and completed holiday like that. Shower heads were very ordinary, no pressure due to wear and tear, front door handle nearly came off, and the main pool was closed, yet no one informed us of it. Apparently it's not their job to tell guests about anything body corp related.
I would not book another stay anywhere with Holiday Holiday. I actually think their motto might be " Pay ,Stay and Shut Up"
