在小鎮屬於人氣最高的酒店，條件不錯，房間也夠寬敞，住過了banff的酒店后才知道這裏的性價比有多高。如果預算有限強烈建議住在這裏而非banff。

Buyer beware! If staying be sure to video the room and everything in it. Our tv was damaged at the bottom but still worked so we did not complain. Once home we seen we were charged for the tv. When talking to the manager she instantly accused us of it saying they had video proof and that there staff checks everything after every check-out which obviously is untrue. We asked for video proof that the tv was destroyed so they could not do this to another family and again just told me I did it and hung up on me.Very shaddy and poor customer service Before this incident we were very unhappy with our stay The air conditioner is just a portable one that does not keep up. No breakfast provided just a coffee machine and bag of porridge It’s located in an industrial area pictures on website are VERY misleading For what you pay look elsewhere in the area there was much better options we found on our way back through.

What a fabulous mini hotel. The rooms are immaculate, the customer service (virtual) excellent, the location close to everything. Golden is a cute little western town. Close to the parks and without the craziness of the more upscale towns nearby. You will enjoy a stay here.

Stayed two nights as the base for visiting the Glacier National Park of Canada and the Revelstoke area. We enjoyed the spacious layout, but our overall feeling is that this place needs some updating. We don't like Golden as a town. There's an ugly web of railways in the middle of the town that passes pretty much right by the back of some hotels we were considering, so we ended up choosing the lodge for its location on the mountain which is far enough from the train noise.
