This hotel might be a good option for people that may not have seen a quality hotel or have very low standards but if you travel often, this hotel is more than a disappointment and nothing that it promises to be. Simply read the negative comments that this hotel already has across different review sites, which describe the hotel in its honesty. Do not book this - my only advice. ** Anything mentioned in this review, is already mentioned by other people historically in the reviews of this hotel. Yet, the hotel “management” will argue this being incorrect and that there is nothing wrong with their hotel or “management”, rather than actually caring about feedback, what a hotel should actually be doing. 1. The hotel sells rooms that don’t exist in reality. When mentioned to the hotel “management” they turn the wording of descriptions in their favor, while completely lying. What you paid for, is not what you get. On top of that, the hotel pushes customers to book through their website, rather than ***********, as they are very aware of their gap between their descriptions and the reality and they do not want you to have the option to reach out for support from ***********, instead they prefer to not do anything and refuse compensation. 2. The hotel is dirty. From the plates in the restaurant, to having animals in the pool area. Disgusting and unhygienic and a health and safety hazard. You may find animals in your food too. 3. Being splashed on with hot oil in the restaurant is a normality and something that the relationships manager, Mr Kostadin Yordanov, describes with his non-existent medical degree as “I can’t see a burn with my eyes, so it doesn’t matter”. In fact, the hotel relationships manager, is unable to provide what the guest pays for, as per their website selling points, and is utterly unhelpful and unskillful in any management aspect. It’s quite a joke to have this guy represent a hotel. 4. The employees across the reception, to management have a general attitude to not helping, not explaining things and simply lying for their own favor. They look so unhappy, never smile - not something you want to see on your holiday. From the moment you check in, there is 0 positive attitude from any of the front desk employees. Especially to mention here is Ms Plamena Penkova that is rude on another level and really doesn’t have any soft skills that would qualify her in any way to work in hospitality. It’s a shame that such a person represents the hotel in such a bad light and that in front of the general manager, which clearly shows that it’s absolutely normal behavior in this hotel. 5. If you want to eat in the themed restaurants, that the hotel sells so very highly, you have to queue at a random time of 3PM for a hope to get a reservation with many other people. Otherwise you eat in the main buffet restaurant that is more like a war zone with 10 minute queues for coffee or water. To mention here is also that the food is every single day t
