Marina Grand Beach Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

En principio no teníamos contratado este hotel pero nos le dieron por que el que teníamos contratado el COOEE Mimosa Sunshine Hotel - estaba cerrado supongo que seria un imprevisto ya que estaba contratado con mucha antelación, cierto es que nos acercamos a verle como era y tenia pinta de llevar cerrado bastante tiempo, pero incluso estando allí veíamos cómo subían historias en las redes como si estuviera abierto, lo cierto que el cambio que nos hicieron fue un acierto la gente muy atenta algunos demasiado el play boy del la barra del comedor interior terminaba por incomodarte un poco estaba mas pendiente de ligar que de atenderte, las comidas estaban bien se repetía un poco pero había para escoger, cierto que la féchela que fuimos era finales de septiembre y esa zona tiene pinta de que en invierno esta todo cerrado, muchos hoteles ya lo estaban funcionando. Tendremos que volver en verano y casi seguro que repetiríamos el hotel, la zona de la piscina estaba bien muchas tumbonas hamacas un sitio agradable para tomar el sol, la única pega es el exceso de avispas rondando por la piscina y alrededores, el spa estaba cerrado y apagado, no se si es de pago pero así todo si lo contratas tendrían que estar encendidas, si tienes que esperar a que coja temperatura no lo veo. Las habitaciones son amplias con un balcón cómodo, cogimos dos habitaciones una daba a la playa y la otra para atrás pero las dos estaban bien. Luego como en todo influye la suerte no puedes criticar un hotel por un hecho puntual, pero motivos tendría nuestra camarera de piso todos los dias nos dejaba las toallas con figuras, en la habitación de mi nieta y sobrinas apenas las estiraban las camas. Tenia una discoteca en el bajo que estaba reservada para un grupo así que de eso no opino a tomar las copas afuera jeje. Cruzando una pequeña carretera estábamos en la playa y donde están los puestos de subvenir y alimentación, la situación del hotel es ideal para estar cerca de la playa, de los bares y terrazas.

Отличный отель, шикарно отдохнули под закрытие сезона ! СПАСИБО !!! Еда вкусная, номер очень уютный с видом на море, Чудесный, внимательный персонал, особенно Наталочка и Ирина! Уборка номера каждый день, до моря 1-а минута, песок реально золотой! Кто недоволен - заработайте на Марину в Дубай ! Всем хорошего отдыха !

Hotel Marina Goldstrand 5-Sterne Ich war von diesem Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Sehr große Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse, Blick auf das Meer. 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, Toiletten und Eingangsbereich wurden mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Sehr leckere Speisen, jeden Tag etwas Neues, frische Salate, vegane, vegetarische und glutenfreie Gerichte. Nettes Personal. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme, Poolbar, Mezzanina-Bar mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung für die Abendstunden. Ein Familienhotel, die Kinder bekommen ihre Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße, Eis, Pommes und Nuggets. Ich bin mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden gewesen und empfehle es weiter.

Nous avons séjourné ma fille et moi 1 semaine dans cet hôtel (fin juin ) nous rentrons tout juste et avons été très décu de cet établissement. L'accueil / Réception : Un accueil assez froid, pas du tout souriant le personnel ne parle ni ne comprend le francais et l'anglais difficilement. L'hôtel : Il est très bien situé , juste face à la mer. De l'extérieur l'hôtel est très beau, avec une belle entrée. Il est très propre et le ménage est bien effectué. La plage : Immense plage de sable mais tout et payant 24 euros (demi journée) pour deux transats avec parasol. Plage publique gratuite très petite et bondée. La piscine :La piscine est très petite et pas très propre, il y a peu de transats et de parasols (qui sont réservés des 8h du matin) La chambre : Jolie chambre,spacieuse,propre, nous avions une vue magnifique sur la mer et une belle terrasse, mais tres bruyante ,musique des bars de la plage très tard dans la nuit et très forte. Le ménage était fait impécable , rapide et chaque jour nous avions une déco avec les serviettes sur notre lit. Internet (Wi-Fi) : Wi-Fi très faible et peu stable ,difficile d'avoir un peu de connection peu importe l'endroit . Le restaurant/ La nourriture : Grande salle très bruyante et non climatisée . Pour la nouriture c'est le point noir,peu gouteuse, souvent pas chaude (rien de prévu pour rechauffer) peu de gout, tres sec et peu variée.Si vous ne vous présentez pas à 18h30 au buffet peu de chance de diner convenablement . Les boissons certes à volonté mais bas de gamme,(distributeurs coca pas gazeux) vins et biéres de mauvaises qualités,café absolument imbuvable pour nous . Bref nous avons très mal mangé, pour l anecdote j'ai perdu 1 kg 5 en étant en all inclusive... L'annimation : 4 jeunes certes sympas mais inexpérimentés font de leur mieux ...quelques petits jeux,tir à l'arc, flechettes ou gym une heure matin et apres midi ,certains soirs un peu de musique sur une terrasse jusqu'a 22h00. On passera sur la présence de très nombreux allemands bruyants et alcollisés dès 13 h 00 ou gisant ivres morts sur les trottoirs aux abords de l'hotel à 21h le soir. Bilan pas trés positif pour nous ,nous ne recommandons que de fuir !!!

Arrivés à 12h et reparti à 17h. Un endroit épouvantable. Nous avons été accueillis par environ 200 clients dans le hall et dans un bruit à la limite du supportable. Après avoir récupéré les clés direction les chambres. C'était le seul point positif...les chambres dont très belles. Mais là encore quel vacarme. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en raison de la musique au bord de la piscine. Les enfants courraient dans les couloirs en hurlant. Direction le restaurant pour le déjeuner. Les gens se jetaient sur les Buffet dont la nourriture était pourtant infâme. Bref... s'en était trop...nous nous voyons pas passer 1 semaine ni 1 heure de plus dans cet endroit. Nous avons immédiatement demandé le transfert dans un hôtel plus calme. Transfert vers Sentido Marea... parfait.

Sehr Veraltete und teilweise beschädigte Ausstattung. Zimmer und Bad Katastrophal, Bad Wasser läuft aus, Fliesen wackeln weil es sehr veraltet ist. Zimmer Teppich muffelt Tapeten gerissen. Flur mit muffelnden alten Teppich verlegt. Restaurant essen immer das gleiche aber es schmeckt. Bei all inclusive keine Möglichkeit früh 6uhr kaffe zu bekommen und wenn man es fragt wird man von Personal auch beschimpft. Das Hotel verdient definitiv nicht seine 5 Sterne eher 2. für 5sterne ist alles vorhanden aber halt völlig veraltet Beste war der Saunabereich.

Hôtel très classe, grande chambre très propre, accueil très chaleureux, personnels et mamager au top, toujours présent pour tous renseignements, hôtel très bien situé, à porté de tout, restaurant avec cuisine excellente et variée, animations très sympas, avons passés de très bonnes vacances, merci à toute l'équipe du grand marina, nous conseillerons votre hôtel à nos amis. Checked in late at night they had proved me with a cold meal in my room, free mini bar in room 2 cans of beer 2 bottle of water and 2 cartons of banana water replenish every day, every day the cleaner made the fresh towels into animals, room cleaned to high standard, 7am-11pm all inclusive, on-site dr and spa, lifeguard on duty everyday, more than enough sunloungers with optional pads for comfy sunbathing, staff all polite and helpful will defo go again, no much provision for little humans from what I saw there’s a kids pool and kids uncover area

1. The hotel has only 3 small elevators that can accommodate a maximum of one stroller, but for a family of 2 parents, two children and a stroller, this elevator is not spacious, and waiting for the elevators takes forever. 2. Would you like to go from the hotel to the pool with the baby in the stroller??? Can not!!! Since there is no ramp, only stairs, it was a pain for us to ALWAYS CARRY THE STROLLER ON THE STAIRS. If you are at the pool and want to go on the main road to reach the sea, again the same problem. Stroller, luggage, child, all carried in arms. I don't want to think about DISABLE PEOPLE in wheelchairs, HOW DO THEY GET TO THE POOL AREA in this hotel!!!! 3. Extremely large number of broken, cracked sunbeds at the pool: a danger for the whole family. 4 . At 6 p.m. a gentleman (lifeguard) whistled for us all to get out of the pool stating that the pool must be cleaned with "chemicals". How? Well, he came with a bucket of washing up liquid from which he started pouring white dust into the pool, which was swept up with a broom later that morning...into the somewhat clean pool!!! While at other hotels in the neighborhood people are still having fun at the pool. 5. Mediocre food. 6. Bad drink with no option to pay for better drinks because they don't exist. 7. "KIDS CLUB" - IS A REAL DANGER FOR CHILDREN - DESTROYED FURNITURE, MESSY (THE HOTEL WANTS TO BE FAMILY FRIENDLY - IN 6 DAYS THERE HAVE BEEN NO ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN DURING THE DAY!!!!!. 8. Mold, infiltrations and falling plaster 9. The toilets at the swimming pool are the same as in the forgotten villages (at least they have soap and paper). 10. The staff attitude is poor. Except for the cleaning lady who was always friendly and smiling and 2-3 other people the rest of the people of mediocre quality.
