Je pensais que comme la Bulgarie avait eu son adhésion complète en janvier 2025, ce pays respecterait les normes européennes. Négatif;Je me suis retrouvée dans une dsicothèque de 1980 où l'alcool , la cigarette sont omniprésents. Le chef coq interprète les thème de ces soirées digne d'une cantine. Nourriture difficile a se satisfaire. La clientèle est triviale, indécente. Pas moyen de sse reposer. Dès le matin 7h, réveil en raison e nettoyage au karcher, ensuite la musique aussi forte que dans une boite de nuit et à partir de 21h, c'est la sommet du bruit jusqu'à 23h. Pas du tout adapter pour le repos et les PMR. Je quitte cet endroit finalement très chère sans regret et on ne me verra plus dans ce genre d'endroit. Je suis à présent épuisée et j'ai vécu 24h sur 24 avec un casque anti bruit. C'est vraiment épuisant.

目前住在這家酒店，這是我住過的最差的酒店之一。食物糟糕透了，我們帶著三個14到7歲的孩子，幾乎每天晚上都在外面吃。菜單上總是雞肉和豬肉，布丁根本不值一嘗。員工粗魯無禮，飯店設施陳舊。日光浴床很多，這幾乎是唯一的優點。泳池酒吧不包含在全包服務內。我強烈建議你多花點錢，去一家至少能享受到不錯用餐體驗的飯店住一晚！

Bin noch vor Ort, Frühstück noch ok für den Preis, Zimmer ok Klimaanlage könnte Kühler sein. Handtücher nur alle 3 Tage, Klopapier auch ,haben Reinigungskräfte drauf angesprochen, wurden frech nach langer Diskussion bekommen ,das war es auch an Kritik. Rezeption super nett, an der Poolbar auch super freundlich. Wenn die Zimmer Reinigung anders wäre würde ich wieder kommen, so nicht schade, eigentlich für den Preis top.

I'll start with the small amount of pros: The hotel is very pretty with nice flowers, the room was basic but had what I needed and the bed was firm but comfortable (need darker curtains as they were yellow and the sun went straight through them) the balcony was very small though and felt slanted and the pool was a good size. The housekeepers were lovely and the only staff who spoke and smiled at you. That's where it ends. This hotel is so bad I checked out 2 days early and went home. The main reason I chose this hotel (after reading all the bad reviews and yes they are that bad!) because it mentioned nightly entertainment, English speaking staff and a friendly community. None of this was the case. No entertainment, no English speaking staff (when they did it was very broken) and no friendly atmosphere at all! I felt very uncomfortable being there. As a female solo traveller I felt very uncomfortable and very isolated. The food is awful! Mostly undercooked meats, rice, chips and salad. All cold and not pleasant to eat. But what was even worse was the service. I've never known such rude waitresses. If you don't talk Bulgarian or German they glare at you like you are dirty on their shoes. They are unhelpful and didn't know if the desserts had nuts in them when I asked (I have a severe peanut allergy which I made the hotel aware of but clearly nothing was passed on) The drinks selection was terrible. It was either bad warm tasting wine, local spirits which were disgusting or soft drinks in a self service machine (all inclusive paid for and they made you make your own drink) All inclusive were only allowed to have drinks from 1 out of 3 bars. Which I found ridiculous! The male night receptionist would never be at reception, he'd always be sitting at the other end of the hotel watching TV. Once he noticed you he huffed and walked over slowly like you were bothering him. The sunbeds were on the brink of breaking every time you sat on them. The lifeguard couldn't careless about his job, he'd be sat at the pool bar on his phone and even saw him drinking beer at one point. The WiFi only works in the room, not in the pool area, reception or restaurant area and when it did work it cut out quite a lot. I'd honestly never go back to this hotel for how bad the food and service was. They really need to sort their staff and food out before they close down as by the time I left there was only 8 people around in September. If you are thinking of booking here and did what I did thinking the reviews were exaggerated, they really aren't and are fully true! Don't book here.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!! I’m currently staying here but trying to be moved to another hotel by loveholidays. There’s hardly any food available and what there is, is cold and I’m pretty sure it’s being reused from lunch at dinner time. My all inclusive doesn’t allow me using a pool bar where I had to pay for my drink after ordering it, and I can only use one bar in the main restaurant. Furthermore I’ve been shouted at by the restaurant manager VICTORIA who screamed at me for wanting to fill my water bottle with some juice and water. I was then told that the manager is not available to talk to me and when I complained to reception about the food I was told “I know they have some problems”… THEY.. like the receptionist was no part of the hotel staff. Food aside, the treatment of a customer by some staff in an absolute disaster and I’ve never been made to feel this bad by staff that supposed to make me feel welcome and provide good customer service. I don’t want to be unfair so I will add that there is couple of lovely ladies here, unfortunately that’s not enough to make me give this place more than one star. Even one is too much.

After reading some negative reviews, I was expecting a dated, run-down hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. While the hotel does show its age and could use some investment in renovations, it's certainly no worse than most other 3-star hotels. The family room we received was a highlight—it was huge and very spacious compared to standard rooms. It even had two toilets and a massive balcony, which was fantastic. The housekeeping was done every three days, which was perfectly fine for us. The hotel pool was great, and we always managed to find a free sunbed, even in the afternoon. The lifeguard was attentive and did their job well without bothering anyone. The food was another positive. We had half-board, and while the selection was similar each day, it was still quite large and varied, especially at dinner. The food was surprisingly tasty, and with a little effort, we could always put together a great meal. The hotel staff was mostly in the background, which I personally prefer, but when we needed something or were in the dining hall, they were always helpful and friendly. The walk to the beach took about 15 minutes, but it was a pleasant walk. The path goes down a hill through some shaded stairs, which was a nice way to start and end the day. It was a good workout and a welcome change of pace. All in all, the hotel pleasantly surprised me. While it's not a luxury resort, it's definitely not as bad as some online reviews suggest and offers excellent value for the price.

Location near beach,nice hotel rezonable,clean,good food,we stayed on the 6th floor , housekeeper Ivanka was great . overall price was ok. We totally recommend if you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends. Negativ was only the Goden Sand's as on the streets were piles of rubbish, beachfront was full with rubbish .

What can I say, the hotel is pretty basic but it's always clean the ladies who clean the rooms change the sheets daily or at least every couple of days, the food for something that's all inclusive isnt great especially if you have picky kids which I do but mostly manageable, there is no real all inclusive where you can pick up snacks if your hungry the food times are set and that's what you get, the pool was great the rooms are big it's a ten minute walk away from the beach which is good because it's quiet at night and there's a 24 hour shop five minutes away. Most of the staff could do with cheering up a bit but maybe that's just eastern Europe and their culture ( I found most shops to be the same) the guy at the cocktail bar at the pool is a good guy but the cocktails are extra, not on the all inclusive you have one bar in the restaurant you get your drinks from, about 6 Lev a drink which is about 3 quid so it's still pretty cheap, all in all it is what it is it's a 3 star and there's plenty worse than this place, and golden sands could do with Street cleaners the place has beer bottles and plastic pretty much everywhere you go

Only go there if you really get a good price and just want a bed and a pool. 1. The rooms are very old and ugly. 2. There are no dark curtains in the room so it’s very bright as soon as the sun goes up. 3. The staff isn’t very friendly (but after my holiday in Bulgaria, that is unfortunately my impression of many locals) 4. The food at Perla is extremely bad. Almost not eatable. 5. The staff don’t speak English or very little. 6. There are only two very small elevtors, but seven floors. At some times of the day, you have to wait a very very long time to use it.

Hotel Perla very clean, fresh looking hotel - just opened about week or so before our arrival following big refurbishment so carpets were lovely and plush, lovely decor etc. Rooms - very spacious, great decor, lovely big bed- very comfortable & lovely bathroom with big shower. Balcony with small table & two chairs - adequate for two people. Negative about room/balcony - no drawers, just open rail for clothes . Balcony rail seemed bit loose - reported to reception. Food - wow such a wide variety of options at breakfast, lunch & dinner. Few teething issues initially with food being cold/lukewarm instead of hot but soon rectified after day or two. Breakfast - cereal, pastries, toast machine, different varieties of bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, jams, tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. Lunch - both hot & cold meat, vegetables, salad - different kinds & fresh every day, outside pizza oven - thin based and delicious in different flavours - salami, ham, mushroom, onion, tomato etc made fresh everyday, grill area - garlic mushrooms, onions, sausages, fish, chicken, made fresh every day. Fruit available - kiwis, oranges, bananas, apples, watermelon, melon, plums, cherries. Dinner - similar to lunch but some Bulgarian food along with chicken, fish, cottage pie, pasta, pizza, grilled food, salad Snacks - pizza, pasta, spaghetti, sauces, fruit. Ice cream only from 3-5pm which thought would have been better to be earlier. Bars - two outside bars with one linking to inside. If taking drinks poolside given plastic cups for safety. Bar staff very friendly and helpful - local spirits, beer, lager, wines - red & white, cocktails, soft drinks & slush drinks. Entertainment - fabulous entertainment team Ellie & George who were on hand daily trying to encourage guests to take part in mid morning exercises, darts competition, pool polo etc. also had small tables & chairs with paper/crayons for children . Very engaging and friendly team. Pools - 1 small shallow pool suitable for children and slightly bigger pool for adults. To get into pool was rail with steps - from pool edge to first rung of steps was very steep. I have slight mobility issues - two arthritic knees so step was to far for me to use so ended up jumping in. Unfortunately when trying to get out on rungs of steps I ended up falling on bad knee so life guard had to run & help me out along with my hubby & sister. Very embarrassing but hurt knee/leg in the process resulting in me being too scared/apprehensive about going in pool again. Ramp & rail - there is a ramp & rail leading from reception area to pool side - this was very steep and rails very shaky. Not ideal. Guest Support - young girl called Gabby stopped and spoke to guests to ask for feedback on food, facilities etc. she was really lovely and engaging and made note of all queries/complaints. All staff on the whole very friendly and accommodating - reception staff (young girls) very dour and miserable at times - think lacked
