Заселили позднее (позднее, чем сказал тур-оператор). При этом комнаты «ожидание-реальность»: комнаты проще, чем на фото, грязнее(в ванне и спальне везде волосы какой-то черноволосой женщины, и весь сток забит был волосами. Изголовье и борты кровати грязные. И вся эта грязь при том, что выезд в 11:00, а сдача номера аж в 15:00. Оценить еду и обслуживание других сфер не успела еще, но выше написанного более чем достаточно, чтоб обходить этот отель А,еще и пыль… Фото бы загрузила, но выдает ошибку.

We booked this hotel because it was one of the top-rated in Golden Sands, and we read that the food here was supposed to be really good. We just arrived 60 minutes ago, or rather, we were allowed to check in and use the facilities an hour ago. We arrived at 12:00, with five excited children. One of them was a bit sick. We expected that we could simply store our luggage and use the facilities (pool, snack bar, etc.). That was absolutely not an option. We had to wait in the lobby, and if we were hungry or thirsty, we could buy lunch in the restaurant or drinks at the bar… We were NOT allowed to go down to the pool and wait for our room to be ready. In general, the tone is quite unpleasant and inhospitable. No service. No smiles. Just a feeling of being a burden. Too bad—especially for our kids who could hardly wait to swim. We took a walk around the area and got something to eat. When we returned, our child's condition had worsened, and we were seriously considering seeking medical attention—but fortunately, he got better. Even then, it was not possible to get our room or something to drink for him. We finally got to our rooms, which are very nice. No complaints there. But the overall impression of the hotel is VERY worn and very old. At most, 2 stars. We went to get pool towels, only to find out that they were closed and wouldn’t open for another 45 minutes. So we went to the snack bar. The pizzas were fine, but the fries tasted like they were from the day before. There was a small room with cakes, which I do not recommend entering. The cakes were INEDIBLE and extremely salty. When we went to order drinks, perhaps the biggest “game changer” of all came. It is NOT possible to order light/diet drinks with our All-Inclusive package. We were told we could pay for them at the main bar… We did NOT see that coming. We have traveled A LOT and stayed at many All-Inclusive hotels in many countries—this we have never experienced. Are we not in 2024? And what about people with diabetes? We got some water and a drink. The drink was undrinkable, and the water tasted like chlorine and salt… When we finally got to the pool, the kids were happy. However, the lifeguard was sitting quite unmotivated, blowing his whistle, and looking at his phone… All in all, a very disappointing start. We have never complained before or written a bad review, even when we have been dissatisfied. But unfortunately, this just surpasses everything we have experienced—and all in just a few hours… What a disappointment!

Everything about this hotel was great. Food good, price great, plenty for kids to do. Not many English people there but we prefer it that way anyway. Not really one for making friends. Had a full chilled time

I called last evening maintenance at the reception to tell them in the bedroom air is unbreatheble and to fix the AC either to open window(which that one aswell its blocked) nothing been fixed , workman said "tomorrow" never came back. The ceiling bit which is covering the AC from bedroom has been left open, unsafe for a child to step in the bedroom.

The pictures on the website are a real scam. Everything it’s super dirty:plates,cups,glasses… The rooms are not clean,the sofas are broken and the windows are horrible;in the balcony you can’t stay…it’s super small. Ufffff…one of the most horrible experience; I didn’t expect a red carpet,but the standard cleaning supposed to be done. The food it’s …. The only good thing:waiters and bartenders:Peter-in the restaurant,Sevil and Reydzhan-in the bar. Unfortunately,this is the truth. The photo doesn’t reflect the reality. This hotel can not have 4 stars…it’s impossible!!!

Cleaning was a big problem, apart from the toilet paper ,the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Sand in the shower cabin, hair and sand on the tiles in the bathroom, the bathtub faucet and the shower cabin were full of limestone, a sign that they were not cleaned after those who were before. We found trash in the room behind the sofa from previews clients. The management doesnt control the cleaning staff, they dont do their work not in the room nor in the public areas. public toilets not recommended for use. I basically cleaned with disinfectant wipes the toilet, the shower cabin, and sink.

Bad service, bad employees. A girl comes out of the pool freezing and they don't give her a towel because she doesn't have a ticket. She cries but the employee doesn't care. Unpleasant in the dining room. Unpleasant at the reception. Bad experience and we will never return to this hotel. They must get their employees to smile a little. An unpleasant place.

Just returned from. 6 day stay and overall we had a fab holiday. Family holiday age range 2 to 54yrs Pros Spotlessly clean Fab sized rooms Very comfy beds Facilities for kids amazing Pools fab (very cold but good) Food (good quality not loads of choices but always something to eat) Snack bar/pool bar good Pool towels provided Not too far from.beach Beach's are lovely Cons No diet pop at all ( think this definitely needs changing as should provide at least 1 type of sugar free pop ) Food sometimes cold (is microwave to warm Food up in but not always the best for chips) If you want sun all day you have to move from one pool to another as a lot if sunbeds are shaded by trees Drinks available differ in deluxe and aquapark although you can use all bars regardless of what hotel you are staying in Overall fab holiday would visit again

Great hotel, amazing holiday It was a great holiday, my kids enjoyed very much from the pools and the activities in the hotel The Saturday salsa night party wasn't that good, but expect that the stay was great and the food is very good. My kid is still talking about this holiday every day.

Unfriendly staff at reception and at the pool , dirty bathroom, bad cleaning. Not flexible in serving their guests and not willing to make them feel welcomed. Very rigid. Bad impression and vacation mood is destroyed from the 1st day. :(

Really nice hotel. I'd be glad to come back one day. Good service, clean and bright suits, tasty food, well organized territory, compact and cosy, not far from the beach, perfect place for children and teenagers.

The hotel is a very nice hotel, the rooms are more and more beautiful, clean, the linen is changed every day, and the room service is very ok. The pools are very cold, the slides always work, you can change the towels at any time, and the sunbeds are free. Sepoate the entrance to the slides of the other hotel (as well as the restaurant) The food was horrible, it didn't even deserve a star. Cruel, there aren't many dishes. I found raw or burnt food. The cakes were ok, no wow. The staff is very distant, except for a few. At the bar, the drinks are weak, the juices diluted, and there are not many assortments. Parking is free if you find space. The hotel is very far from the sea, but it is a shortcut. The private beach is ok, but far from the hotel. You need to make an appointment in the evening. The resort is ok, clean. The hotel deserves 4 stars, but the staff and the food make the difference. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stay 4 nights in this place. Is clean, they make the rooms every day if you put the sign, many of the employees don t speak english. Lucky for us, housekeeping lady on our floor ( no 4 ) speak little romanian, what was a nice surprise. Great lady, try to accomodate us much as she can. 👍👍👍👍 Food was good,have also a kids menu. Diferent tipe of food every day, can accomodate a lot of people and tastes. Pools, slides and inside pools are god, water at outside pools is cold and refreshing, insde pools are with 30 degrees water but to much clorine. Is a good place for familys with kids, have a loot of things for them, pools, sweets, playgrounds etc.

Цена соответствует качеству.Еда на любой вкус и детям и взрослым можно найти по душе.Сервис на высшем уровне,белые халаты ,одноразовые тапочки....На этаже кофеаппарат.Персонал свободно говорит на русском,на рецепции приятные молодые люди.Приехали в 9 утра с 2 детьми,сразу заселили...хочется ещё вернуться!
