BSA格拉迪納全包式酒店(BSA Gradina Hotel - All Inclusive & Private Beach)

Пансионат Gradina. Отель 4*- заслуженные, отличная, разнообразная еда, много мяса и рыбы, овощи, фрукты, супы, сладости и т.д. 2 бара, 1-ый в холле с 10-23, 2-ой на террасе с 10-21, есть своя территория на пляже, бесплатно лежаки и зонты, идти до пляжа 400 метров. Вообщем условия для отдыха в данной ценовой категории великолепные. Убирать хотели каждый день, нам этого не надо было, бельё меняли раз в три дня. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, не разу ни в чём не отказали.

Заселение. Приехали рано утром с детьми. Заселили быстро, спасибо пошли на встречу. Но. Мы были с детьми, естественно голодные,ждать до 16 часов чтоб поесть, дети бы не смогли. Вопрос к отелю, неужели нельзя пойти навстречу к клиентам и дать хотя бы какой-то паёк? Столько еды выбрасывается,а на это жалко. Странно. Конечно сразу впечатление испортилось,нам пришлось всё бросать идти искать где деньги быстро обменять и купить поесть. И это 4 звезды? Для сравнения,отдыхали до сих пор в отелях 3 звёзды,всегда кормили,надевали браслеты с утра. Персонал. Отзывчивый, доброжелательный. Спасибо. Еда. Скудно очень. Без разнообразия. На 2 день все приелось. Выбор еды совсем маленький,из фруктов только апельсины и бананы. Из выпечки нет пахлавы вообще,как так? В общем разочарована. Сейчас как раз сезон клубники и черешни а они бананами кормят. Такого скудного выбора в еде не встречала ещё. Анимации. Нет её, очень жаль. Детская комната есть,не плохая. Детская площадка на улице тоже хорошая. Бассейн. Маленький. Но мы на море любим отдыхать. Море. Идти до 10 минут. Заход в море не очень, встречаются большие камни не далеко от берега,даже поранились. Уборка. Хорошая, нареканий нет.

Our biggest mistake was that we were careless enough not to read one bad reviews. Different people have different priorities. The reason we came to Bulgaria is to enjoy beach time at the Black Sea. In reality, the hotel access to the beach is non existent. In order to get to the beach, you have to be up early in the morning to obtain a pass to the beach. Passes run out quickly since they only have 75 seats available for our hotel. After 6 pm guests from this hotel are not permitted to the”private beach” even with the pass. This hotel is for you if you don’t really like to spend time at the beach but rather spend time at their tiny pool. Be prepared to take stairs because there’s no elevator . It starts only on the 3rd floor and you have to carry your luggage yourself. Our vacation is ruined now not entirely though because we will be renting a car and driving around in search of an easy access to the beach. All in all, the word of advice, better go to Spain for a cheap and quality beach time, avoid this place at all cost.

So I begin on the first day of our holiday where it consists of mum and dad and 3 children aged 8,10,12, as an all inclusive package for 6 days 5 nights. On our arrival, we arrived at the hotel around 4 pm. We were told that we can have some snacks downstairs. So we went down and we arrived at the kitchen and found few slices of banana, plate of profiteroles, and we were told by just the 1 guest that that’s all there is. We then realised that on that day, there’s only literally 10 guests in all of the hotel. That night we were asked to choose between option 1 or 2 as they were not serving buffet as there are not enough guests to cook a buffet dish, so we were served salads, 3 pieces of dry meatballs and chips, and desserts as few slices of dry cakes as well. This has carried on the following day were lunch are being served as an ala carte menu until the evening dinner. On day 3, guests have arrived and then they started serving buffet dinner where it consists of spaghetti bolognaise with just tomato sauce, roast chicken, and hard pork chunks/cutlets with some tomato sauce with either green beans or eggplants with it, and also a lot of dry meat balls. And the food for lunch and dinner have pretty much stayed the same throughout our stay for few more days. And may I say as well that mostly food are being served as slightly warm if not cold dish. The hotel itself is clean and tidy overall. The food is generally the big let down of this place as if the chef has lost all the will to cook, as he is serving a not very good standard of food on a 4 star hotel like this. It is a shame that for a 4-star hotel like this and us paying a good standard fee for an all inclusive and being served a very low standard if not bad food that towards that end of our stay at the hotel, that we were being forced to eat outside already. I wish for the hotel to change this standards as it is not a very good experience for us.

We visited this hotel at the end of August, the first bad impression was the receptionist, who gave us to fill in COVID declarations, which she herself was not very familiar with the content. It was hard to find the hotel even with GPS, but there is a private parking and it is free for hotel guests. We was on HB, so we started up with dinner, restaurant is big and clean, they provide guests masks and gloves, whenever they are in the food area, great variety of everything, the chef stays there and observe, whenever anything finished it’s fulfilled, if anything’s drops in the floor immediately is picked up and thrown in to the garbage, it was never crowded there. Since drinks are not included in HB, except for “cold drink” and water, the staff from the bar were very kind and talkative. Unfortunately, that might be the only + for our stay. Hotel is old but renovated, although you have like 4 floors without an elevator, we knew that, but we saw that there were some staff taking the luggage of foreign tourist, we picked up our on our own. The room was spacious, but WIFI is really poor, TV is like 5 channels, there is NO hairdryer in the bathroom! Pool closes at 5 p.m. so is the kids playground. The way to the beach is not very pleasant I have to say. Anyway, although tall mentioned above, we were ready to stay 2 more nights, at reception gives up a price and we agreed, later on the same night they call and told us a different price, so we left. I don’t know if we would go at this hotel again. If you like Golden Sands and are looking for good food, may be that is your place.

Struttura un po' vecchiotta,ascensore utilizzabile fino al quarto piano per cui chi alloggia dal quinto al nono deve farsi le scale a piedi,una pazzia.Pulizia delle stanze da rivedere,devi elemosinare le pulizie alla donna di servizio.Colazione con pochissimo dolce...
