Hotel is good staff also good food is awesome must try you won't regret😀, receptionist is pathetic guy who doesn't know how to speak with guests I request hotel owner /manager /stake holder please take this seriously. receptionist guy has no right to insult your guest.... strictly when you are staying with Ladies. I hope some one reading this and take proper resolution. Else hotel is really good and lovely place to stay without burning your pocket.

Room is small. Ac is not working properly after calling the staff. Variety of food is not enough as we have stayed in same manner in other places.

You can't expect such kind of service in Gorakhpur like place , It was one of unexpected experience i have ever in my travel life , Excellent and courteous Staff , Beautiful rooms and service , Clean & Tidy Washrooms , Delicious food its a must visit hotel in Gorakhpur , I would say its a completely ”Worth Of Money”.
