However, we would like to clarify that your review does not accurately reflect what occurred during your stay.Sultan Cave Suites is one of the oldest and most established hotels in Cappadocia, welcoming guests for over 30 years. As part of our authentic cave hotel concept, our rooms are intentionally furnished with antique and vintage pieces to preserve the historical atmosphere of the region. This is a defining characteristic of our property rather than a flaw.Regarding the Wi-Fi, there was a temporary interruption due to infrastructure work affecting the entire region. Unfortunately, this was beyond the hotel's control and service resumed once the regional provider completed the work.We would also like to clarify that none of the sinks in your room were blocked. Had you informed our reception team of such an issue, we would have responded immediately. However, no such request was made during your stay.With regard to the refrigerator, our reception team never stated that you should check whether it was working. We explained that all refrigerators operate at the same standard setting and that, due to the exceptionally high summer temperatures, they may not cool certain products sufficiently. For this reason, we offered to safely store any temperature-sensitive items on your behalf if needed.Similarly, the hair dryer is equipped with a built-in thermal safety system that automatically switches off if it overheats and resumes operation after cooling down. This is a standard safety feature designed by the manufacturer and is not a malfunction.Throughout your stay, you communicated with our reception team in a friendly and pleasant manner. At the same time, you repeatedly contacted your booking platform requesting a refund. We fully respect every guest's right to end their stay if they are genuinely dissatisfied, in accordance with the booking conditions. However, we do not believe it is appropriate to exaggerate or misrepresent circumstances in order to support a refund request.As you mentioned, Sultan Cave Suites has been welcoming guests for more than three decades. During this time, we have received numerous hospitality awards, and our team is carefully selected and trained to provide the highest level of service.
